   The place is good, the food was great.. but our server lack customer service skills. We waited for one drink for a whole hour to get the wrong drink. We asked our server for it and he said that he was on it, “but that he didn’t make the drinks” with an attitude. After that, we finished the only drink we requested and left because that kill the whole vibe plus, the place was kind of boring and quiet so..

   We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The owner Danny went above and beyond, giving us a delightful tour. The food was exceptional, and the hospitality truly made our visit memorable. Highly recommended!

   Always a great experience at Esotico! Our food was perfect, the drinks were crafted well as they are innovative and fresh in their approach. Can't wait to get back again!

   The evening that I visited, there were barely any people there, which would lead one to believe that the service would’ve been quick. We waited for about 25 minutes before we were even brought some thing as simple as water. Furthermore, because of a diet allergy, the few items on the menu that were non-seafood had “run out”. The waiter, i no way, tried to rectify the situation or offer any other suggestions/alternatives/accommodations. Furthermore, he was far from apologetic. I will not be back to this restaurant NOR speakeasy again. and to be new to the area, this experience was a disgrace. We ended up getting up to leave and choosing another restaurant down the road.
