    Staff always ready to help and always with a smile. I have an intolerance to garlic and they accommodate that very well. It is our favourite place at any time of the day, afternoon or evening.

    Another lovely evening at Escape :) lovely food and attentive staff. Sophie, Plum, Dash, and the team made sure we were all happy. It was busy for a weekday night too - but this only added to the good atmosphere. The staff brought out some tiramisu complete with candle for my friend’s birthday, which was a nice touch, and finished perfectly with a round of limoncellos. Thank you ;)

    Lovely meal with friends outside in the sunshine. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is gorgeous. We took our little dogs, as we were outside and they were welcomed also.

    Food, lager and wine were great! Very busy and a bit too noisy to begin with, but thats the way it can be in a popular restaurant. Our waitress was really helpfull and talkative, despite the place being very busy. We have been plenty if times in the past and will continue. A well run restaurant with great food and customer service.

    Unfortunately, the experience i had for my birthday meal with friends was really poor. The table was booked for 7.30 and we were not sat down until 7.55 and whilst we were offered a table before that it was inside and it was far too hot. There were also people who arrived as 'walk in's' and were seated outside before us. We had to ask for our order to be taken and then we waited over 2 hours for our food which is totally unacceptable and there was absolutely no conversation with us from anyone about the delay with the food. When we asked for the manager he was very dismissive of our experience and said he would offer us a free bottle of wine which we were clearly not going to take as we had already been at the restaurant for over 2.5 hours. The food was delicious but just not enjoyable after waiting so long for it.

    A meal outside on what must have been one of the hottest and busiest days of the year. Dash and his team did an amazing job keeping everyone in the restaurant happy. Food gorgeous as ever - ventured and tried the tuna special, served pink, delicious ;) Love this neighbourhood gem.

    The service was excellent and the food, though this is a fairly expensive restaurant, was worth the price for a special occasion. Sunday dinners were expertly prepared. Children’s pizzas were delicious. Staff were great with my kids.
