   We liked our meal at Eric's. The steaks were good; some better than others. The appetizers we had -- shrimp cocktail and grilled octopus -- were excellent, as was the salad. Steaks were good too, although not great. Our waiter tried hard, but he was a real novice and forgot things, had to run back-and-forth, etc. All-in-all the restaurant shows potential even if it doesn't quite live up to its vision of itself. The restaurant is roomy with plenty of privacy for diners; liked this a lot.

   The Chef never fails, this is a great place for a night out or just dinner with the family. Never have been disappointed. Plus its BYOB

   Food was good. Ambiance was nice and noise level was quiet to moderate. The servers were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Only issue I had was that I felt like they could have been more attentive. I felt like most of the times when I needed something, I had to get their attention.

   We really enjoyed. Friday night was our first time. My wife and I were looking for a quiet not too expensive steakhouse that was BYOB. Eric's fit the bill. Our server was very good. The soup special - sweet potato soup was delicious. My wife had the mushroom cream pasta and I had a steak salad which came out rare as I wanted it.

   If you’re looking for something eloquent but out of the way this is the place. Service is solid and the food is what I would describe as lovingly prepared. If you’re tired of the normal Bergen county upper tier steakhouse you find at the mall give this place a try. It’s a bit more family friendly and BYOB. FYI there is a corking fee.

   The food was really great; really enjoyed the steak and all the appetizers and sides made it a meal. Eric was very accommodating. Very nice people.

   one of the best steak house in east coast. I personally liked it more than ones in NYC.

   Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience. The food was good but the service was extremely slow and very understaffed. We waited 20 minutes for a menus, then another 25 minutes to take the order. The food came separately and had to wait for my husbands food to arrive so we could eat together. No one came to check up to see if we would like drinks, or if our food was good. We then had to wait 30 mins for dessert. It was just terrible. We had to Go up to the counter to ask for the bill because no one was coming to us. I wouldn’t come back here again.

    Went for Valentines Day! They offered a pre fixe that was amazing! We loved the ambience and the decor was spot on industrial chic. It’s Korean so understand the service element will be different it’s based on culture. The food is good the steak fell short.
