This is a decent restaurant with good food and very friendly if somewhat inattentive service. But it’s priced at a premium and it’s not a premium experience.

We started out being told we had to vacate our table in exactly 2 hours to accommodate a large booking (which there were 3-4 empty tables when we left, so not sure why we were told this...). Luckily everyone at the table has kids so we are used to not lounging all meal. We were then shoved in a terrible corner table, with no air flow. Our waiter was mostly great (forget his name...) and our drinks were all reasonable, but nothing brag worthy. We ordered some oysters and the charcuterie board and both were great (highlight of the night for sure). The boys both ordered the prime rib special and said it was awful - substantially overcooked but yet most of it was cold, extremely tough and bland; a dive bar could have done better. The sides were nothing to brag about with the Yorkshire's being the size of a spoon. Only pro of the meal was the portion of the meat. When we made the note about the prime rib being terrible, there was nothing done about it- no offer to adjust/remake, no compensation, but was very clearly noted on our bill that nothing could be done. The girls at the table ordered the sablefish and we both thought it was good. Dessert was meh - creme brûlée was not cooked properly at all. We all left very disappointed overall, especially factoring in the price of everything. I would highly recommend avoiding this restaurant.

Very nice dining experience but felt that the bar area had much more ambiance than the dining room section. I think they can do much better with the table settings to reflect the fine dining aspect. Black tablecloths giving the black in black look didn’t cut it.

The appetizers, such as scallops and octopus, were good. We ordered three kinds of steaks: prime rib, rib eye and tenderloin. The rib eye (medium rare) was over cooked and tough to chew. The prime rib was supposed to he medium but turned out to be rare. It is just disappointing.

Server was terrific, D was amazing! Food pretty good but D did make our night. Overall great!

Three of the guests had the prime rib but it was cold. They tried eating and we mentioned it as they should know and they graciously offered us gift certificates to compensate. The waitress was excellent. I believe her name is Dee

My husband and I went to Erica Jane for a date night. The food was great, the wine was great and we couldn’t finish our meals because we were so full! I highly recommend!!

Our server, Charlotte was very attentive to our needs whether food, beverages, or even water refills. We did not wait very long for our food order to arrive, and when it did, it was delicious: our party had sablefish, halibut, and prime rib done perfectly.
