   I love the atmosphere at Erica Jane! The windows were open to the patio, live music was playing in the background. It was a beautiful experience! The food is always so delicious and beautifully presented. It is my favourite dining experience in the city.

   We had a lovely experience. Charolette took amazing care of us. All day Happy Hour provided exceptional value to delicious food and wine. We would recommend and definitely come back.

   Beautiful restaurant, poor service! We met friends for Sunday brunch and received exceptionally slow service. It took at least 15 minutes for us to be asked for our drink order. We initially weren't in a rush and enjoyed visiting with our friends. Once our food order was placed, we waited almost one hour before asking about our order. We were assured it was just being plated. Approximately 15 minutes later, we received our order and two orders of avocado toast contained bread that was still frozen. We notified the waitress who offered to remake the dishes. We waited another 15 minutes before the new orders were received. The manager apologized and removed the cost of the two entrees from our bill. The restaurant was not busy so there was no apparent reason for the slow service.

   Dont count on any class at brunch here Food was far from elevated as claimed Service was slow despite the restaurant being slow .Now on our avoid list and I would recommend any of the other restaurants in the sorounding area other than this ! Food was poor , toast a bit frozen still

   Our first time dining at Erica Jane was a delight. Service was friendly and prompt. Aiden was a very personable young man. The atmosphere was great! Love the big front windows and the view with all the trees and people passing by. The food was very tasty. The portions were generous. Great wine list. We visit Kelowna a couple times a year, and Erica Jane will be on our list of restaurants to return to.

    We were a party of 5 family members celebrating Mother’s Day. I picked a special venue to enhance our experience. We enjoyed the ambiance, the service was great and we ordered drinks, appys and dinner. Drinks were awesome. Three of us ordered Caesar salads and I ordered the prawn cocktail. The salads were exceptionally dry, but the prawn cocktail was impressive. When our dinners arrived three of them were delivered cold to the table. One of us asked to have their dinner warmed up; but when it was returned some time later, it was still disappointing because the chicken had been cut up, warmed and then served with the remaining cold veggies. The venue has a policy, if you are not happy with your meal it’s on the house. We left our server a hefty tip; but no one in my party is anxious to return to Erica Jane.
