   Our first time dining at Erica Jane was a delight. Service was friendly and prompt. Aiden was a very personable young man. The atmosphere was great! Love the big front windows and the view with all the trees and people passing by. The food was very tasty. The portions were generous. Great wine list. We visit Kelowna a couple times a year, and Erica Jane will be on our list of restaurants to return to.

   We were a party of 5 family members celebrating Mother’s Day. I picked a special venue to enhance our experience. We enjoyed the ambiance, the service was great and we ordered drinks, appys and dinner. Drinks were awesome. Three of us ordered Caesar salads and I ordered the prawn cocktail. The salads were exceptionally dry, but the prawn cocktail was impressive. When our dinners arrived three of them were delivered cold to the table. One of us asked to have their dinner warmed up; but when it was returned some time later, it was still disappointing because the chicken had been cut up, warmed and then served with the remaining cold veggies. The venue has a policy, if you are not happy with your meal it’s on the house. We left our server a hefty tip; but no one in my party is anxious to return to Erica Jane.

   We had an awesome time celebrating my 70 birthday Food was delicious and presentation excellent Our waiter Aiden did an excellent job Because of the situation, we had the restaurant almost to ourselves Because of scheduled event. Thankfully they were able to accommodate our special occasion Definitely our favourite Kelowna Fine Dining experience

   The food was wonderful. We were provided fresh bread with a special butter. Very nice. And The high end burger and fries were very well prepared. The seafood with gnocchi was very enjoyable as well. I really enjoy scallops that are well browned yet moist. Our server - Jacob - was very attentive and warm, and enthusiastic about us being satisfied. The admin side of things was questionable. The menu offered Guinness Zero, but it was not available. The online menu offered lamb at $36, but the actual menu offered it at $58. The beer ordered in substitute was labeled as a Pilsner, but was really a light lager. Jacob did not charge me for the weak pilsner. We will go back. The restaurant is very modern, comfortable and the food and service was excellent. Management has to pick up their game!

   To start - I believe it getting what you pay for and have no trouble paying for a good meal, service and quality. This is not what happened when we went to Erica Jane. The only thing good was the wine and they didn't make it. We arrived on time for our reservation at 6:30 and by close to 8pm we still didn't even have bread for the table. We watched table after table be served and then finally had to voice our displeasure to the waitress. The appies when they finally arrived were cold, under seasoned and generally awful (we had the lamb pops and a sashimi nigiri special). We didn't even eat them. When we finally got our main course, my husband had the chicken, it was dry and cold. I ordered the sable fish it was edible but very light and is only served with veggies. Of course i was expecting to have been able to eat the appies so the size wouldn't normally have bothered me but because i had nothing to each for almost 3 hours at this point I left hungry. After all this, the manager did come out and apologize and gave us $50 GC but honestly, I would NEVER go back, I will be giving the GC away because keep in mind the meal still cost over $300 and we left hungry and generally upset. I don't like bashing any business but I do feel people should know what they are getting for such an expensive choice.

    Very sophisticated restaurant with great service. Very flavorful food great BC wine list.
