Phenomenal Experience – A Perfect Finale to Our Roman Vacation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our family was looking for a memorable restaurant to celebrate our final night in Rome, and Er Faciolaro exceeded every expectation. I made our reservation through OpenTable, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like honored guests. As we walked up, the staff greeted us warmly and said, “Welcome Bryans! We have Prosecco waiting for you!” What an unforgettable first impression! We opted to sit outside to soak in the lively Roman atmosphere—an excellent decision. The setting was vibrant, comfortable, and full of local charm. Now, the food… After 9 days traveling the Italian west coast and trying amazing cuisine throughout, this was hands-down the best meal of our trip. Every dish was a standout—perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. We shared Steak Florentine, seafood pasta, a filet, spaghetti Gricia, Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken, calamari and shrimp, and not a single bite disappointed. Each dish was a celebration of authentic Italian flavors. The staff were genuinely passionate about making our evening special. From start to finish, it was a perfect dining experience. Do yourself a favor: visit Er Faciolaro. Whether it’s your first night or your last in Rome, this place will leave a lasting impression!

This place was incredible! Its location is amazing being right by the Pantheon, the service was fantastic, and the food was delicious. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! I will definitely be going back to eat here more, all the food looked so delicious!

Tony was our server and he was AMAZING!!! So kind and funny & made our experience unforgettable. Definitely recommend this restaurant for the food and the incredible staff.
