Equinox on 19th has an upscale casual, crisp, atmosphere that firmly establishes a city chic decor. We are excited to offer you a regional, seasonal dining experience by a five-time James Beard Award nominee for Best Chef, Mid-Atlantic, Chef Todd Gray. We specialize in seasonal fine dining, plant-based, and vegetable-forward cuisine. Check out our beautiful brick fireplace room that looks onto 19th Street with soaring floor-to-ceiling windows for a perfect view. Our ample bar seats over 40 and is ideal for a beverage before dinner. Our lime-washed brick walls evoke a classic DC townhouse. Our vibe is friendly & upscale casual; our food is celebrated for all dining styles, from gluten-free and plant-based to locally farmed produce. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when making your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Located at 900 19th St NW, just a few blocks from our previous location.

First meal out I can remember in a very long time where nothing seemed rushed despite it being a 7:30 reservation. Ample time given and courteous service throughout. Our host Didier went to great lengths in making sure the order was what we wanted, indulged us and offered additional options and recommendations. It surpassed the already high expectations I was hoping for. We will be back!

We went for Easter brunch. It was crowded, but Gustavo took care of us very well. We will go back.

Service on Easter was delayed as the plates struggled to reach the tables from the kitchen. Long periods of waiting in between plates. No time to re requested plates for dishes that were liked.

This was my first community Seder and everything about it and the delicious food was perfect. High class, great servers, delicious food.

It's always a pleasure to dine at Equinox. I love how they have creative plant-based options throughout the menu, including the delicious two entrees we thoroughly enjoyed. I would definitely recommend the Maitake Teriyaki and Mushroom Wellington.

The service here is EXCEPTIONAL. Very kind, attentive and pleasant staff. The food was really good (plant based brunch). I really enjoyed the pancakes and the beet salad...they steal the show every time. Not crazy about the new heart of palm cake (too much dill and not enough crab flavor or seasoning). Other than that, I enjoyed every thing that was on the prix fixe menu and the ambiance was nice. Will definitely be back!

The plant based tasting menu was superb, probably the best vegan food I’ve had. Serving size was adequate and the service was excellent. With a single cocktail each, for a party of 3 with a mandatory 20% service add on, the bill was close to $400.

The service was excellent! The food was amazing! The atmosphere was somewhat pleasant, we sat inside but the weather was good and several people were sitting outside enjoying themselves it was a pleasant evening but the food and presentation was the star. I am a vegetarian and a visitor to the D.C. area and the Equinox has made an impression that truly stands out!
