Helmed by ES Hospitality Bar Director Jackson Cannon and Bar Principal Eliza Hoar, Equal Measure is a contemporary bar that features highly innovative cocktails with an emphasis on seasonality and sustainability. Just down the hall from legendary neighborhood brasserie Eastern Standard, EM's highly curated back bar is stocked with world-class spirits, both rare and hand-selected.

Though the culinary-inspired cocktails feature unconventional ingredients, the balance and flavors that come through are designed to be as satisfying as any classic. The chopped cheese was excellent, drinks were excellent, my boyfriend was impressed! The devilled eggs were bland, the caviar did not rescue them. I think they need some of the mustard that was served alongside the fries and the mortadella corn dogs!

The EM Espresso Martini wasn’t that good, some other drinks were better. There’s a table in the center of the cocktail bar with a white table cloth which is really out of place and looks funny tbh.

Great cocktail lounge in BB. Intimate and comfortable vibe, not too loud and great bites. And delicious and inventive cocktails that are nicely balanced and not overly sweet. Def going back!!!

The drinks were creative and well presented, bartender was knowledgeable and friendly. We ordered the meat and cheese board which was delicious and well thought out and in my opinion was enough for 4 people.
