   Desde la recepción el personal se esmera en la atención, durante la cena el mesero expedito y cortes. Precios adecuados por la calidad que otorgan. Excelente restaurante.

   NO PUEDO RESPONDER A LA ENCUESTA YA QUE FUE UN FRAUDE MI RESERVACIÓN, NO ME LA RESPETARON, CUANDO LLEGUÉ AL ÉPOCA A LA HORA QUE DECIA MI RESERVACION, ME DIJERON QUE LAS RESERVACIONES POR INTERNET NO ERAN VÁLIDAS Y QUE NO EXISTIA MI RESERVACIÓN Y QUE ESTUVIERON RESERVANDO SÓLO AHI MISMO DIRECTO EN EL RESTAURANTE DEJANDO 50% DE ANTICIPO. EL ASUNTO ES QUE EN LA PÁGINA DE FACEBOOK DEL RESTAURANTE ÉPOCA NO AVISARON, NO DECIA NADA DE ESO, EL TELÉFONO QUE VIENE AHÍ LO MARQUÉ MAS DE VEINTE VECES Y NUNCA ME CONTESTARON, POR ESO OPTÉ POR RESERVAR POR INTERNET Y HASTA ME MANDARON CONFIRMACION A MI CORREO ELECTRONICO DE LA RESERVACION, PERO NO FUE CIERTO NO LA RESPETARON Y NO ME DEJARON NI ENTRAR. NO VIVO EN LA CIUDAD DE CHIHUAHUA Y POR ESO INTENTÉ RESERVAR POR TELÉFONO Y AL FINAL RESERVÉ POR INTERNET, HICE CAMINO DE CASI DOS HORAS PARA IR AL RESTAURANTE CREYENDO QUE TENIA RESERVACIÓN PERO HICE EL VIAJE EN VANO.

    habemos personas que no nos gusta la musica en vivo en un lugar tan reducido, a cenar se va a platicar y el ruido esta muy alto y no es agradable estar asi, gracias
