True to its name, the Chef’s Table feels gloriously indulgent, inviting lucky diners on a hedonistic journey encapsulating Antonio Pérez’s life in Puerto Rico and his culinary career across South America, Europe, and Asia. The setting feels intimate and wildly special, with just 12 seats surrounding the open kitchen, complemented by a lounge area for a welcome cava before dinner or a post-tasting menu digestif. The themed-driven five-course menu changes monthly along with its wine pairing.
This is not merely another dining experience; it’s an intimate journey through the heart and soul of a Puerto Rican cook and his global culinary influences. Do not reserve a number of diners higher than desired, in our kitchen everything is prepared for all confirmed reservations, as such, we will regard it as a no show who has failed to comply with the reservation. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please give us at least three day’s notice. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

    Dining at the chef’s table at Epicuro is nothing short of extraordinary. From Sarah’s first greeting to the final bite, every moment is designed to make you feel at home. (That is, if you happen to live in a Michelin grade restaurant…) Watching Chef Antonio work just feet away was a privilege — each dish was a stunning expression of technique, creativity and art. Specially since this month’s menu and experience is inspired by the life and work of Pablo Picasso. Should you find an open reservation slot, grab it first and ask questions later.

    Desde el momento en que llegamos a Epicuro, nos recibieron como si fuéramos amistades de toda la vida. La calidez, el ambiente acogedor y la calidad excepcional de la comida hicieron de esta visita algo inolvidable. Sin planificarlo, nos reencontramos con amistades, lo que añadió un toque especial a la noche. La experiencia fue más allá de una simple cena: fue como si el chef nos tradujera su pasión a través de cada plato. Cada detalle, cada sabor, cada interacción estuvo perfectamente alineado para crear una velada memorable. La dinámica fue excelente y nos encantó de principio a fin. Sin duda, repetiremos muy pronto.

    The experience at this restaurant was spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere embraced us with its warmth and charm.     Lovely evening smelling and tasting delicious food in a cozy atmosphere. Another level of experiencing art in every bite. Coffee was the January 2025 inspiration for the Menu. For sure, we will be back!

    El mejor restaurante de Puerto Rico. Sabores únicos mezclando historia con creatividad que más allá del paladar te transportan en el tiempo y por el mundo mientras te hacen sentir como en casa con amistades de hace años.
