Food is always excellent. Waiters are always attentive and friendly. Noise level was awful. Other customers were inconsiderate. Staff tried to quiet them down. Other customers hushed them.

Enzo's is an upscale Italian eatery in the Morris Park section of the Bronx. Thier primary location is on Aurthur Ave, but we prefer the Morris Park location as it is a little more upscale and offers fantastic food. Our food was great and the server accomodated the odd requests from my 94 year old farther without complaint. Everyone enjoyed thier meals, although the cesar salad was swimming in dressing which was not preferred. The mussels marinara were great as were the pasta dishes. My only complaint was despite a reservation we were seated at probably the worst table in the restaurant. It was a table for four, on the sidewalk, next to the door and bus boy station. Despite this we had a great meal!

The waiter was inattentive, food was burned then scraped off, and ultimately cold. The cheese was congealed. The dessert was fantastic, from a local bakery.

I never miss the opportunity to praise this restaurant, both for its food, and its service. It’s been my favorite restaurant for over 20 years and it never fails to disappoint. I consider the staff almost family, and they are always exceptionally courteous and provide excellent service The lamb chops, and osso bucco, when available are two of their best dishes and my favorites

I took my mom to Enzo's for Mother's Day dinner We had a few issues during the evening. First, my mom asked for decaf tea and she instead got coffee. The waiter replaced it but then we didn't get our pasta dishes. We let the waiter know and he wrapped it to go, which was fine but we just checked our bags and the waiter did not pack our veal, string beans, and croquettes. We had a whole conversation with the second gentleman who came to clear our plates and he made sure to stack what we wanted wrapped in one hand. When we brought our take-home bags, we assumed everything was right. Until we got home and realized our food was missing. The waiter was kind and ended up comping a free drink for me but the rest of these issues ruined my mom's day. We've been going to Enzo's for years and this lack of listening and attention to detail is really disappointing. A nearly $200 dinner with this many mistakes is really unacceptable.

My family and I have been frequent guests at Enzos restaurant for many years. It never fails to provide the best food and very good service at all times. I actually had my favorite, which is the Osso Buco with risotto.
