Entyse Wine and Bar Lounge
Decided to dine in the lounge as college football was on the TVs. Started with cosmos and charcuterie. For dinner my husband ordered the burger, which was great along with garlic fries. I opted for the filet which was superb!!! Cappuccino and an assortment of small delicacies topped the evening off quite nicely. Love Entyse!
Terrific service - great vibe with a wide variety of people: young and old, tourists and locals, business suits and jeans. Did not expect to find a destination bar in Tyson's, which is known for traffic more than anything else. Will return to the Ritz again in the near future with Entyse in mind.
Outstanding service. The waiter was excellent. We really enjoyed the privacy.
Such a wonderful experience
They were very accommodating and placed me at a corner table with great lighting, not crowded and pleasantly comfortable when listening to the jazz music. Everything was nice, though pricey and I wish bigger portions :) I would recommend and take the same table again.
Great service, loved the Jazz band. Highly recommend!
Service was great and food was good. The biggest disappointment was we looked over the menus on line and saw the happy hour bar menu (3-6pm) that listed a Enomatic – Rare Wines Flight 2oz for $55. When we got to the restaurant, 10 minutes before 6, we were told that the flight has been discontinued for the last 2 months. It took about 4 servers and maybe a few mangers to decide that they would honor the menu on line. We were told that the web posting would be fixed, but I see 2 days later that nothing has been done. I get the impression that the bar/rstaurant only exists for hotel guests and locals are an afterthought, which is a shame.
Excellent food and service
Celebrated a milestone birthday and the entire evening couldn’t have been more perfect. Food was excellent, well timed and error free. Service was excellent with our waiter Alex who really went the extra mile with the birthday dessert. Thanks again!
It was amazing and my friend had a great experience
As usual, Afternoon Tea never disappoints!! You must enjoy this , at least once...you will be hooked! Aster is the BEST server and her warm demeanor makes you feel right at home on the comfy couch :)
Great Father’s Day dinner. Our waiter was amazing and the food was great. Live music made the evening even more special. Highly recommend!!
we were there to celebrate a family birthday. the service was excellent and the food was delicious. the live band was great as well.
Simple menu but all very good. Great place for nice quiet meal. Live music on weekends is quite enjoyable. Great service as you would expect from RC.
The staff was very accommodating and we had a great meal. The meal was excellent, too.
Not as good as it used to be even a year ago. Service is great as always, but the food quality has gone down slightly. Our cocktails (Tito’s martinis) had a very strong bite to them too.
Great wait staff, beautiful place for a very nice dessert and wine. It was excellent!
Veri noce placebo with great service Will recomend
Had a fantastic afternoon tea. Staff were very friendly & service was excellent. Beautiful hotel.
Great place. Some of the waiters were superb, others just good enough. But overall experience was great. Highly recommend.
What a lovely evening we had celebrating my birthday. Wonderful service from Narciso and wonderful meal. The jazz was also very nice. I'll definitely be returning and I want to try the afternoon tea.
A wonderful afternoon tea, the staff at the Ritz took great care of us. We were celebrating a birthday, and a surprise strawberry+cream was brought out with a candle for the occasion! Definitely reccomend for a nice time with friends.
Wonderful and relaxing.
My friend and I go every year to enjoy afternoon tea- it’s an awesome experience - Aster and the entire staff are superior!
Afternoon tea was a great experience. Scheduled tea as a birthday present to a friend and she was pleasantly surprise with a serenade by the pianist and a cake built out of strawberries and whip cream. Absolutely delicious!
Staff was very attentive. Live music was great. Liked the fireplace and Christmas decorations.
My girlfriend and I went primarily for the Jazzand wine.We had the chaurgtie board with calamari which was good. The bottle of Shiraz wine we ordered however was not that good.. I was surprised due to it being a wine bar. It wasn’t that it was off, it was just a poor choice from whomever chooses their wines. The staff was very attentive and pleasant, no complaints at all. I guess I was expecting a more opulent setting.. it being the Ritz..I was a little disappointed . So overall I would probably go again just for the jazz and food.. would probably select a glass of wine first and then go from there. I think if I didn’t have such high expectations I would have perhaps given a higher star.. perhaps after next visit.
Very nice ambiance. The restaurant is conducive to conversation. The food was very good.
The menu is 1/4 of the size of that which is advertised on Open Table. Service exceptional, very nice presentation of food superb, ambiance is great. Food was okay. My wife asked for salmon to be cooked medium rare, came out very tough. Didn't complain just wanted to split. It's a little over $50.00 per person which is fair. I just wish the food was better and the selections more.
Superb service and food. Live jazz in the evening. We cannot wait to go back. Food was made with high quality ingredients. One of our guests ordered a simple chicken dish and proclaimed it the best chicken she ever ate. Scallop entree was perfectly executed as was everything else we ordered. What a wonderful gem!
Great service, ambiance and food; a little expensive.
Our waitress was very polite and attentive to our needs. She made the dining experience very enjoyable!
This is always an impeccable treat! Nothing compares to the food or the service at Entyse! Aster’s blend of chai tea is phenomenal and you haven’t had a scone if you haven’t had one of theirs!
Overall I liked it, but my food (pasta with chicken) was extremely oily. I couldn’t even eat half of it.
We had afternoon tea. Everything was lovely and our waiter, Luis, was excellent. Definitely coming back.
Great evening! Started with a delicious soup course with charcuteries, loved the grilled whole Branzino as the main course, and ending with an excellent selection of cheeses from Italy and Spain. We particularly enjoyed the live music as we dined. The wine list is exemplar, with many great vintages available by the glass. The staff was attentive (even for a very busy evening), which made the entire dining experience feel very warm and personable.
My friend took me there for a birthday dinner.
The service was impecable and they brought a birthday desert towards the end of our night which was both delicious and beautiful.
After uploading pictures of our night, everyone was asking where we were so they could enjoy the same experience.
Noise level was high but it is expected as it is a bar.
Ambience: Excellent. Live piano.
Staff: Warm and welcoming, non-pretentious.
Table: too cramped for four people especially with the tea accessories, tea additions, and scone spreads all laid out
Teas: Excellent variety
Hot chocolate: It was milky, not to chocolately, and warm but not piping hot (perfect for kids)
Food: Left a little to be desired. My opinion on each follows
Tea caprese - decent, but would've liked the mozzarella and a seasoned tomato to fill the entire piece of bread.
Smoked Salmon "Rillette" - Needed more texture. Maybe a crositini for the base would make it more interesting, or change this completely to include an actual slice of smoked salmon
Egg Sandwich "Deviled" - I would have preferred a more traditional egg salad instead of a slice of boiled egg. The caviar did not elevate this at all for me. Perhaps a different caviar would
Smoked Chicken and Cranberry Salad - my sister enjoyed this one
Cucumber with Whipped Feta - I prefer a traditional sandwich. I would have liked the cucumber thinly sliced with feta between two slices of bread
Green Pea Hummus - decent
Currant Scone - warm when it came to our table. Probably my favorite item, however, the lemond curd and raspberry jam had formed a "skin" from being left out on the table
Chocolate Dipped Strawberry - as expected
Apricot Roulade - Soft, nice ratio of filling to sponge
Orange Madeline - Lacking in orange flavor, dry
Chocolate Hazelnut Torte - I wouldn't have guessed there was hazelnut in it, but it was a good chocolate torte
Tiramisu Mousse - Where is the espresso? The "mousse" was whipped cream inside a chocolate cup
Lemon Berry Tart - Same curd as for scones. Prefer round tartlet with creme pat and glazed berries
Cinnamon Palmier - it was decent, but the layers were not defined and was more crisp than flaky
The selection of teas was wonderful, but the food was underwhelming - especially for the Ritz and for the price.
Such great service and the food was fantastic. Can't wait to go back!
