Absolutely amazing!!! Simple ingredientes elevated in a way that feels like magic. Well deserved Star ⭐️ can’t wait to see what is next for the chefs. Thank you 🙏🏽 Ps. The tomato sorbet should be renamed to tomato enchantment.

Superb quisine in an unpretentious setting. No typical Miami glitz and glam fluff with subpar food. Just excellent locally sourced food. Limited choices, but this is quality over quantity. Best grilled oysters I have ever had. Can’t wait for their brick and mortar place.

Amazing from start to finish. Ordered all of the appetizers, the shrimp was insane! Layered complex explosive flavors. The fish and ribeye were outstanding. The flavors in the fish were out of this world. The acid in all the dishes complimented the meal and because of my nut allergy they sent a on the fly mamey dessert that was insane. Both Chef Evan and Chef Osmel delivered food to all the tables and explained every dish with so much passion and love. First time ever experiencing anything like that. Thank you so much to Chef Evan, Chef Osmel, Rick and the whole team 100000/10. Can’t wait to follow them where ever they go!

I heard that their food was amazing, that is short for what they are. IT IS OUTSTANDING! I really hope that those two chefs continue working together and continuing with this amazing project. The only point of improvement that I may have for them is that I would recommend that they serve a little bit bigger portions -considering the price.

Wow, what an incredible experience! Everything was spot on — the dishes were creative, beautifully balanced, and full of flavor. The wine pairings were excellent, and the overall execution was impressive. I’ll definitely try to come back before they wrap up, and I’m already looking forward to their next venture. I genuinely have enjoyed the few times I have been to Entrenos! Their menu is always on point! The way they blend their flavors is unexpected, yet it works so delicately! Loved their collab with Los Felix and TBD - truly masters of their craft, and it shows! I can't wait to see what they come up with next.....I will certainly be there to enjoy it again!
