    I heard that their food was amazing, that is short for what they are. IT IS OUTSTANDING! I really hope that those two chefs continue working together and continuing with this amazing project. The only point of improvement that I may have for them is that I would recommend that they serve a little bit bigger portions -considering the price.

    Wow, what an incredible experience! Everything was spot on — the dishes were creative, beautifully balanced, and full of flavor. The wine pairings were excellent, and the overall execution was impressive. I’ll definitely try to come back before they wrap up, and I’m already looking forward to their next venture.     I genuinely have enjoyed the few times I have been to Entrenos! Their menu is always on point! The way they blend their flavors is unexpected, yet it works so delicately! Loved their collab with Los Felix and TBD - truly masters of their craft, and it shows! I can't wait to see what they come up with next.....I will certainly be there to enjoy it again!

    From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, with a simple space that lets the food speak for itself. Every dish I tried was thoughtful, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. You can truly taste the passion and precision behind each plate. The service was equally impressive—warm, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced. The sommelier and chefs took the time to explain the food and wine pairings without ever feeling rushed or rehearsed. It’s clear that the team at Entrenos genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience. Entrenos is more than just a restaurant—it’s a love letter to local Florida seasonal ingredients and heartfelt hospitality. I already have two more reservations scheduled and cannot wait for the next menu/ tasting.

    An exquisite eating experience. Its a word I seldom use when dining in miami. Watching the preparation on the chefs counter was insightful. The quality and taste of the food range from very very good to downright sublime. In addition, the service was exceptional. Had an amazing time. I can’t wait to go back and try the whole menu again.

    We had a great experience at EntreNos. Very great service with someone explaining each dish that came to our table. They are very smart with using all local/Florida ingredients. The pairings were different but very tasty. Each dish we tried had deep flavors. I feel some of dishes were pricey but at the end, it was worth it. I can’t wait to see a permanent location for this restaurant.

    The service was excellent and we really felt welcome and attended to. Unfortunately the food was not as good. Some of the dishes were truly inventive and interesting like crudo fish with raw vegetables and flowers including a cranberry hibiscus leaf and the Mamey ice cream with peanut brittle? Was delicious. Then there was the ribeye that had a lot of fat and tough parts without any distinctive taste, the fried yuca was ok and the salad with cream also didn’t excite the taste buds. All in all we spent over $400 which was way too much for a fairly middling meal.

    Amazing experience! Absolutely loved the food, so fresh, so delicious! I’m now sad because this pop up is coming to an end. I’ll definitely be on the lookout to see where the chef ends up next!
