About this restaurant

Baja Omakase is a 15 course, sustainable omakase experience. The Menu changes daily and is curated by Chef Robert Ruiz and Chef Drew Deckman. All of our produce is harvested from our 3 family farms, we truly grow our own food, we emphasize using what is in season without waste. We work closely with Local Fisherman and purveyors to source the very best Sustainable Seafood available in Baja. We are caretakers of our ingredients, ensuring that our soil, and our seas are left rich, for generations to come. Our wine selections are from Baja California, from Cavas del Mogor, and neighboring vineyards within a 10 kilometer radius. Our goal is to give our guests a rare opportunity, to experience the seasonal offerings of Baja though an exclusive dining experience.

Such an incredible experience having a world-class omakase in the middle of a beautiful vineyard at sunset. The chef was great and explaining the inspiration behind all the decisions, and the quality was exceptional. Highly recommend the sake pairing as well - what a journey. We still talk about this dinner and experience to this day - highly recommend to anyone looking for a truly unique Valle experience!
