Spanish Iberian Steaks

The Wagyu of Pork. Acorn-Fed 100% Purebred Ibérico. Living outdoors and having a diet based on natural pastures and acoms, allow ibéricos to store high levels of alpha and gamma tocopherols and oleic acids (Unsaturated Fat), which make the meat healthier and give an interse unique flavor. Ibérico meat has significant higher fat to lean ratio than other pork meats. The high marbling gives tenderness, juiciness and flavor.
