The concept of Enrique began in 1944, when its exquisite recipes were curated from the family ancestors, united on borrowed land and a shingled roof. It was all about the food then, and it continues to be all about the food now. Enrique has since grown into a huge establishment, with seven rooms that can hold up to 1,600 patrons.
