Stayed at the hotel so it was convenient to eat a nice breakfast here. The omelet was large and I request No bread or potatoes and to substitute avocado. Delicious.

EXCEPTIONAL FOR A HOTEL RESTAURANT - Worth the drive, don't let the hotel surroundings keep you away. A gem to try. Nothing starts a good meal like good cocktail. My wife had a Manhattan I had a Martini. Very drinkable. I started with a side Caesar salad, and it came with Anchovies. My wife had the beef fillet with potatoes and carrots, the beef tenderness and taste would rival Smith & Wollensky's or Alexander's Steak house at one-third the price. I had the double cut pork chop, should have been called a pork roast, that melted in my mouth, the side polenta was creamy, and it was served with brocolinni. If it was anywhere else it would be packed, just it is in a hotel. Great service. I want to go back to Paso Robles just to eat there.

Very limited menu. Filet was very good. Shrimp and pasta dish not so good. Asked for bread with our salad and was told there would be a charge. Bread took so long we were done with our salad so didn’t get it.

The remodel is beautiful, up to Hilton standards. The staff is friendly, both manager and chef came by our table to greet us. Our server, Mariah was excellent, friendly, detailed, and made great menu recommendations. The food and drinks were top notch, a real upscale restaurant experience.

Wonderful food, friendly attentive service. We sat across form a party of 5 women who were drinking, loud and disruptive. None of my party could hear one another speak. When finally we asked Mariah our server about requesting the party of Lou’s people to be more considerate, our meal was completed. Suggestion would be to attend to the ambience for all patrons. Mitigating extreme noise in a small Resturant is key to keeping all customers satisfied. Acoustically this room tends to amplify voices into the front booths. There might be a way to modify for noise abatement. Manager needed to control disrupting party sooner so all parties could enjoy their evening out! Opportunity for doing better🤷🏻‍♀️

It was an ALL Ladies show behind the scenes at Enoteca when I took my mother here for an early Mother’s Day celebration. The hostess, server, bartender, & chef were a team of lovely ladies. Everything was AWESOME except our server didn’t hear my mother order the sea bass as her main course, so mom nibbled on the sides & had a few bites of my food, & I was done with my meal by the time hers came out, but even that little oversight won’t keep us from coming back!

Excellent meals for all 7 of our group! The calamari was cooked perfectly and served hot, yum! Compliments to the gourmet chef, who personally greeted us. Our server, Myriah, was so kind and efficient. We enjoyed a fabulous experience and have already booked a return visit. Thank you!!
