   This was our first time at the Waunakee location. While it lacks the view of the downtown location, the interior decor is very nice. The service was excellent & we enjoyed everything we tried from the menu. Every dish was very flavorful & beautifully presented. The wine selection is also great!

   This Eno Vino location makes the environment quite different than the other two locations of Eno Vino. The view is of Highway Q!! However, the quality of the restaurant itself is very good, excellent, in fact. The bar, the booths, the furniture, is of excellent quality. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The food and drinks are creative and very good, and, the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely encourage all who enjoy upscale and modernized restaurants to try this location.

   Food was great here but the service and ambiance was not up to par with the other Eno Vino locations. One bartender for the restaurant so drinks were very slow, server seemed completely disinterested in us and the other tables she was serving while other servers were standing around. Oddest thing was someone came around to open the blinds before the sun went down and reached over my companion to open the blinds and never said a word, not even parson me. Also, it was still pretty sunny out so the atmosphere went from a nice soft light to harshly bright in an instant. Staff needs training in customer service. While I live in Waunakee, if I want to dine at Eno Vino again, I will be doing it at one of their other locations.

   Eno Vino Waunakee has a lovely “feel” and the decor is bright and airy. However, the food was not good and should be for the price. We have dined at the other locations and had good experiences but the menu hasn’t changed much in 7 years and this location hasn’t gotten their flow. It was pretty dead for a Saturday night too. We won’t be dining there again, sadly.

   The value of the experience was not as much as the cost of the experience. As someone who worked in the service industry for over a decade, it felt as though there isn't a well organized training program for staff at this restaurant. We watched a table next to us sit for over 20 minutes without even being greeted and they got up and left. This place has a lot of potential, but from our experience, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

   The staff at Eno Vino was exceptional! We booked a graduation celebration dinner for 12 close to the event. The staff was able to accommodate a later dinner and provided a wonderful, memorable experience. We sampled many different items on the menu and everyone raved about the quality and taste of the dishes. Significant variety and a fun, relaxing atmosphere. Top marks for all. Thank you for making our celebration so memorable!

    We had a lovely bartender (we ate at the bar) who wanted to engage us and others but simply did not have time and managers did not assist her periodically which would have made a difference. Given the upscale nature (food, decor, price), we expect management to be more aware of how busy the bar is and to have a short-term solution.

    Eno Vino downtown and Eno Vino west side are two of our favorite restaurants. We were excited to hear about the 3rd Eno Vino in Waunakee. We visited Saturday night and it was busy. The layout and the lighting were fantastic. We sat at the bar and Ty the bar manager made sure to say hello. Eric the general manager stopped by too. They have an excellent lineup of the best tequilas and I chose Fortaleza which is one my favorites. We then we're seated and our server Barbara took great care of us. We started out with bruschetta which was wonderful. We got truffle fries and risotto and that was enough. We will be coming back for sure. This is a top notch establishment.

    We had not been visited this location before and were excited to see what it offered. Our waiter Blake, was in training s as it was his second day. He and his trainer were great, offering up suggestions, descriptions, and having friendly banter with our table. Quite engaging and professional.

    Party of six. Food was good. Restaurant was sold out of several entrees by 8pm on a regular Saturday night. Service was the sore spot. Very slow to take our initial drink order after seating. Some courses never arrived. Very infrequent check ins from wait staff. Dessert was a mess and the waitress totally forgot the coffee to go with dessert. Frustrating to have to remind the waitress to do her job. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

    I’ve been to your other locations so I knew what to expect. However, this is the first time I left thinking it wasn’t worth the price. I ordered a cocktail and my partner a soda. Neither were refilled. We ordered a few things for a table for 4 and before we were checked on to see if we wanted anything else, the dessert menu was dropped off. We asked for a spoon and had to check back twice to get it. It just felt underwhelming. On top of that we watched a bus boy reset a dirty table. I know servers are hard to find, but it really impacted the experience.

    I love Eno Vino - I frequent the west side location. Food at the Waunakee location hasn't hit the mark yet. Pork belly bites were severely dry - like jerky. Branzino (one of the most gorgeous dishes I've seen) was completely bland - no flavor. I told my server (after having her take it away after only about 3 bites) and she apologized and just took it (no follow-up). Such a bummer for a $30 dish.
