Our waiter was very slow and not very professional. We ordered drinks, and he came back a little while later stating our drinks would be ready soon. We could see our drinks ready at the bar, and while we continued to wait the server went off and had a bite to eat himself. When the drinks were finally delivered, one was incorrect. Food was very good; however service was very poor.

Fantastic dinner with friends. Enjoyed 8 dishes and all were excellent. I’d been before and have not been disappointed in any dish. And our server, Taylor was excellent and with a good sense of humor. We all thoroughly enjoyed it!!

I always choose Eno Vino downtown for my birthday celebration. I love the flatbread pizza. Our server, Matt, was outstanding. My celebration was one of my best.

Service was good (friendly, efficient and helpful), especially considering how busy the restaurant was. The noise level was uncomfortable - too many tables and large groups for the space size. Food was average, not much flavor. Overall, not a great value or experience for the money.

I pride myself in doing extensive research and reading reviews before booking a restaurant and I honestly had high expectations based off what I read online. We arrived about 40 min prior to our reservation time and we waited patiently on the sofa near the fireplace as the bar was full. They honored our request for a window seat but placed us so close to a large table having a 15 person birthday party . It’s our wedding anniversary and we couldn’t enjoy our conversation or have a romantic moment as being seated so close to large table. We asked to be moved to different table if possible and was told all other tables were reserved but as the night continued those table never filled. Now to the food …we ordered the truffle fries to start which were a bit burnt but still tasty. The cauliflower with goat cheese was quiet good but our last entree was filet which took over 30 min to arrive was over cooked and tough even though we asked for Medium steak. We actually saw the dish sit on the counter for at least 15 min before the waitress delivered it to us. I think she may have gotten busy or forgot. She also forgot the water we asked for three times. We mentioned the long wait for the steak she said it was removed from the bill. Finally we decided to order the crème brûlée to go . We had to waive her down after 20 min because I think she forgot again and at that point we were so ready to pay and go. Maybe the servers need a bit more training to keep up with crowds on a Saturday night . Overall the food was subpar and the service was lacking. The only great thing was the view of the capital .

Service was a little bit slow to start, and we never got our waitress’ name so we couldn’t ask for her but that really wasn’t too much of a bother as we weren’t in any rush. It was a bit loud for the first portion of our night but as it started to empty out it was perfect and definitely more romantic ambiance. The view of the capitol was amazing, from sunset through to when it gets lit up at night. Food was unbelievable and we are so glad we chose here for my birthday dinner. It’s share style and I love that however for some dishes it’s definitely suited to a group of 4 or more, as it was a bit much for just us two (but who doesn’t love leftovers?!). Would love to be back here again if we ever find ourselves in Madison in the future.

I am on a diet so I asked if I could just get a dry salad, five scallops and a piece of steak cooked without fat/butter. Was charged $171 for 5 scallops, a side salad and a piece of overcooked steak. Took an hour to get it. Manager argued with me after the fact that I was told I'd be charged $15 per scallop PLUS $45 for the standard scallop risotto menu item even though I quite literally just had 5 scallops on the side of a salad.....no risotto. So I paid double? None of it made sense and I tried to resolve politely but it was awkward and honestly I wanted to cry. Awful awful awful experience.

This was really my mistake booking a table downtown Eno vino.one of our party is hard of hearing and the hostess and wait staff were very nice and helpful but the music is just to loud to talk over. Our food was good, expensive and the pork tenderloin took 45 minutes after we placed the order.our waitress was great did everything she could to make us happy but 45 minutes was to long to wait. Also parking us now $13, it use to be comped but no longer making the dinner that much more expensive. Basically it is tapas restaurant with plates to share but priced like other restaurants with a full Entree.

We were greeted right away and offered a table with a view. View of the capital is stunning. Food was terrific. Service was good but what was odd is the bar couldn’t get a glass of wine or beer timely for the waitress. Twice we waited too long for the drinks to arrive. So much so, I canceled my second glass of wine because we waited too long. Maybe an off night but it should be noted that it was a distraction since we had out of town guests in to host. Otherwise, a lovely evening.

I made a reservation for 8pm, got there a few minutes early and we sat immediately. Then proceeded to wait 15-20 minutes with no service, and left when a table that arrived after us was served. Watched the manager play with the lighting and saw the waitresses walk right past our table multiple times. I will never go back there and think I’ll get any better service.

We went for a celebratory dinner and our server Roberto was kind to walk us through the menu and offered to take a picture of us on the 9th floor with a view of the capitol. I would highly recommend!!!

We were disappointed by the small portions and the very high prices. Service wasn't very attentive. A lot of the items on the menu have been there (at the west location, too) for years.

Pricey. Nice ambience but could use candles, flowers, plants, etc. given the price point. Our server described the calamari as "homogenous"??? No one mentioned the price of valet is cheaper if you pay upstairs ($12) vs. downstairs at the exit ($15).

We had an early reservation and were immediately seated (next to a window), with a marvelous view. Our waitstaff were excellent and the food was superb. We expected the portions to be small, but in fact we were delightfully full when we finished. Will definitely return.

They do shareable plates. I would recommend each person choose two and then everyone share. The scallops were my favorite. Our waiter was super helpful and friendly. We also saw Rick Springfield there before his show which made it extra special!

You can tell it was going to be good based on how difficult it was to get a reservation on a Sunday evening. Lovely restaurants overlooking the state capital building. Food was meant for sharing - something for everyone! Bottom line, very good food, great atmosphere and service and reasonably priced

Our server was fantastic. The food was pretty good but they have changed some of our favorite dishes so not quite as good as it used to be. This restaurant is also super loud and we had trouble hearing each other across the table from each other. The views are of course amazing.

Was able to make an outside reservation within two weeks without a problem. Alison was great, as usual. Very aware of all the food allergies. Food was nicely done. A very enjoyable evening full of memories
