    I did the 10-course chef’s table with the cocktail pairing, and it was phenomenal. Each dish was cooked and seasoned well. The presentation and attention to detail and service was top notch, and everyone from host to bartenders to chefs was friendly, engaging, and knowledgable.

    Great experience......some unique touches I've not seen before. For example we had welcome cocktails at the bar and a brief talk/introduction about the theme ingredients (you know like how at the start of Iron chef they reveal the mystery ingredients in a box?) Also the chef himself often came out to present some of the dishes (Chef Bennett) and he was very welcoming and nice. Had a wonderful time! Thanks to all the amazing staff and Chef Bennett.

    Overall we had an incredible experience, from the service to the food everything was meticulously done with care. The 5 course lunch truly took you on a journey of flavours that were light refreshing but bold. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and recommended beautiful wine pairings which elevated our experience even further. The ambience was perfect and the restaurant decor elevated the experience as a whole. I would highly recommend trying the coursed meals for the full experience.

    Amazing place!!! I had the chefs table option with drinks pairing and I am so glad I made that choice!! It was so cool to see the team operate and prepare the dishes. The food was incredible and each course was coherent and paired incredibly well with the drinks. The staff was spot on, very attentive , friendly and happy to answer any and all questions. Chef Quinton and Sous Chef Sam were awesome!!! Answered all my questions, took the time to get to know you and shared life experiences and overall very engaging. I cannot wait to go back when I’m Toronto again!!!

    We visited Enigma Yorkville for a birthday dinner and had a lovely experience overall. The service was warm, thoughtful, and highly professional throughout the evening. The ambiance was calm and elegant, making it ideal for a special occasion. We were fortunate to be the first guests to try a brand-new set of amuse-bouches in the lounge before dinner, which added a delightful surprise to the evening. Most of the courses on the 10-course Prestige Menu were beautifully presented and well-balanced in flavor—especially the pea mousse, scallop with caviar, and the foie gras dish. However, a few dishes—particularly the lobster, capocollo pork, and lamb shoulder—felt slightly underwhelming in terms of taste or texture, especially compared to the exceptional standard of the rest of the meal. The cocktails were creative and well-paired. Overall, Enigma offers a refined and memorable dining journey. I’d return again, perhaps trying a different seasonal menu.

    The food and service here is always next level. The creativity and the thought behind every dish is extraordinary. It is like experiencing the art of fine dining at the most interesting and unique level. The restaurant recently changed its format so you enter an ancillary dining room for cocktails and canapes along with an explanation of the meal and the wine pairings. Then you move to the main dining room for the meal. This felt performative and awkward. Moreover, the person doing the explaining mixed up identifying the vegetables on the demonstration platter -- an error that is beneath the level of this restaurant. I would have preferred being seated directly. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Every meal here is truly memorable.
