   Nice low key hookah place. Floor plan could use some work though.

   This was by far the worst place that I have ever been to in my life. The service was ATROCIOUS, beginning with the fact that although we arrived on-time for the 8:30 reservation, we were not sat until 9:40 because they sat another party in our section. We were there to celebrate a birthday so we decided to roll with the punches and stay... what a mistake. First of all, I will preface this by saying that this is a great place for 18-21 year olds with no expectations for good service. If you are older, have respect for yourself and skip this establishment. There are too many places in Atlanta to even try this place. The server came by once to take our orders. I ordered drinks, the previously promoted .30 wings, and a hookah. The drinks that I ordered were fraud - everything was bottom shelf (most likely just poured from the top-shelf bottles to make it seem legit, but you can easily taste the difference). They refused to honor the promotion for the wings. I NEVER received the hookah (was there until almost midnight). For our drinks, we had to get up and go to the bar because again, our waitress never came by to check on us. This was a horrible experience and you could not PAY me to go back.

   Wasn’t greeted by host/hostess had to seek service from bar tender who was super pleasant and consistent with orders and customer service

   I had a reservation but no one greeted me upon entering. It was empty when I arrived. I was just told randomly by someone washing windows to sit anywhere. Staff was inattentive as they were drinking, hookahing and dancing at the bar with the manager. My food was way over cooked (salmon mind you) and when it was recooked, they only recooked the fish so everything else was cold. My friend had to get up to find a manager and explain what was happening. At the end, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for our checks and then were told we couldn't use debit cards because their machines only took chips despite it clearly having the slot for the swipe as well. Myself and my friends left thoroughly annoyed and dissatisfied.

   It was my birthday I was very pleased with the outcome the atmosphere & vibe was everything I was looking for very chill just enough people music selection was great will return for kickback Thursday’s !!!
