Food fresh; unique but high fat content which is unusual for a farm-to-table focus. Our veal dish was very rich, but delicious. Service was okay. Nice waitress but lacked the charm and fun that we were hoping for. No offers of what to get, or what the restaurant had as we were first time visitors. Saw great reviews but just lacked the full package. Lots of potential though!

This was our 2nd time here, but 1st time for Bruch. Food was amazing! Migas & blue corn pancakes! Def worth it. Ambiance is great. Great vibe. Drinks were good. Instant brunch fav!

Always a lovely and delicious experience dining at Encina! Innovative and beautiful cocktails, salads, entrees, flatbreads - servers are always fun and excellent. I've said it before, it's a Gem and a great place to take visitors.

This was a business dinner, and our first visit. The food is inventive, is prepared perfectly, and is memorably flavorful. We are already planning our next visit, and look forward to trying everything on the menu as it all looks fantastic.

Great, great food - everything we ordered was good. Service was a bit iffy - at the beginning of the meal our server was all over us to place orders for drinks, appetizers and entrees. Then when it came time to pay he was missing in action. A minor irritant that will not stop us from coming back.

This was my husband and I first time visiting, he had the blackened red fish with black eye peas, I had beer battered catfish, not to mention that cornbread was to die for. Everything was just good, we will definitely be back❤️😁

The Re-Born Encina did not disappoint for brunch. Great re-model, friendly wait staff, food was quality with a great diverse menu and tasty cocktails to wash it down. You will not be disappointed. Will be back regularly

We went to Encina once before and sat for 20 minutes without anyone coming to our table. We got up and left without anyone noticing. We were hesitant to give another try but wanted to go for brunch. Once we were seated it took awhile for anyone to come to our table. Once our server did come he was not friendly and we also never got our second carafe we ordered. He never came to check on us or ask us how our food was. The whole wait staff looked as if they hated their lives and several tables around us also had to wait or had to remind their server to bring their drinks/food they ordered. Overall, the food was ok and the ambiance was nice but the lack of care and friendliness makes us not want to go back.

Better every time we go! Have never had a disappointing order, and they do a great job of rotating seasonal dishes while maintaining the quality of classic menu favorites. For those who don’t drink, their mocktails are among the best we’ve had in Dallas.

Called to make a reservation ahead of time to specially let them know that we were going to be celebrating our 15-year anniversary and hope that the evening be a bit more special for us and was not even acknowledged. Our waiter was a bit moody and not as kind as we were hoping for. There was a waitress carrying a bucket of water about three times back and forward from the BOH to the service bar. We noticed that it was the water that we were served throughout the evening. Customers do not need to see that because it feels as if the water was not as clean as it should be. This was our first time at Encina and hope that this feedback helps improve other people experiences.

Went here for the first time for brunch and it certainly won’t be my last. I was tempted to just ask them to reserve a table for me every Saturday morning from that day forward because this was the best brunch I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back for brunch and hope to go for dinner some time soon as well!

This is my first time to the restaurant. It was very expensive for what we got. We got a wide assortment of appetizers to share. The flatbread was good, the mussels were confusing - not a lot of flavor and not enough toast to dip in the juice (4 pieces). We sent the dates back - funky flavor tasted by all 4 of us. They did give us a credit for this.

I tried Encina awhile back and didn’t love it. I’ve recently gone back twice and they have hit it out of the park! It must have been a one off the first time. We had the mezzo platter and loved the fried olives. Also had the pork chop and it was amazing. Highly recommended!

Great food and service as always. I had the chicken thighs with corn elotes which was absolutely delicious! Partner had goat tacos, very good but beware that the fresno chile slaw has some serious heat to it!

AS always, Encina doesn't disappoint. We went for brunch and it is clear why everyone recognizes their brunch as the best in Dallas. Their blue corn pancakes are to die for. I could just spoon the raw batter into my mouth. The Black Cherry Mimosa was delish! Service as always was excellent. You need to be here.
