   Encina has quickly become a standout on our favorites list! The croissants are everything you dream of — golden, flaky, and rich with buttery layers. The blue corn pancakes are a revelation: slightly crisp on the edges, tender inside, and bursting with rustic, sweet flavor. Every bite feels carefully crafted.    The food was unique with great taste, and so were the cocktails. Our server was attentive and very friendly, as well as prompt. Really great experience!

   The restaurant as nice. I had the lamb spaetzl which was salty and I couldn’t taste the lamb in it. A little disappointing. My husband had the pork chop which he enjoyed. The service was very good

   This farm-to-table restaurant is a neighborhood gem! We ordered a few apps to try a variety of things, and everything was so delicious! Especially the pound cake dessert! It was the best way to end out night. They have a good wine selection, and our server Valerie was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant for a good dining experience.

   I came for brunch. I had the butterscotch pancakes and the cranberry mimosa. Both were really good. It was a bit noisy, but otherwise, I would come back for brunch. Parking is trash though...

   Had a great brunch at Encina. Good mimosas, light on juice. We split the pancakes, which understandably everyone raves about. They were the standout of the meal.

   Fun evening. Wonderful Menu - super choices of appetizers - could make dinner out of the appetizers. Excellent service. Restaurant is a tad noisy but that unto itself is OK. In the old Bolsa space in Oak Cliff. Worth a drive.

    We had a wonderful experience celebrating my husband's birthday at Encino. Valerie did an amazing job being present but not hovering. She answered questions, sorted our my husband's birthday cake, and made sure everything proceeded smoothly and well-timed. The food was very good (maybe a smidge heavy on the char on the naan bread and devil on horseback). Food was well presented and portion size for mains was very good (apps were a bit small). Lovely dining room - you could go casual or a little dressed up and you would feel comfortable either way. We look forward to returning!
