Chef Benjamin Lacy has taken his unique farm-to-table and foraging approach to cuisine and brought it to tapas. With a menu designed for sharing, there is something for every palate: crispy brussel sprouts, slow poached arctic char, local halloumi cheese, roasted squash, and Hopkin's Southdown braised lamb neck are just some of the dishes that will wow you.
