The place is just views and vibes. Drinks are fine but they know they have a great view and the staff was busy with an event promotion instead of catering to the customers present. I would’ve bought more drinks if it weren’t for our server disappearing after we placed our order. The rest of the bar staff did not take the time to check on the occupied tables, including several others who were sitting next to us.

Posto davvero incantevole. Poter sorseggiare un drink vedendo Firenze dall’alto è davvero stupendo. Assolutamente da visitare. unica “critica”: il preZzo dei cocktail è un po’ alto nonostante la location (15 euro uno spritz).

LAS MEJORES VISTAS DE FLORENCIA. Es espectacular y a un precio increíble. Disfrutamos de dos cocteles en este lugar con un servicio increíble y tocando literalmente Florencia. Sin duda, el mejor rooftoop de Florencia. Por la noche con todo iluminado super recomendado.

Amazing view and great service. I would say that for the aperitvo the price is perfect including 1 drink but after the first drink for 28 euros i did not know they will charge us another 28 euros for each drink after so we payed 95 euros for 4 spritz! I mean you pay the view so i guess it is what it is.

bellissima la location sul roof top con panorama unico a 360° su firenze, piacevole la posizione dei tavoli sulla terrazza intorno alla piscina. Per quanto riguarda il buffet dell'apericena il giudizio è negativo: scarso con poca varietà e di qualità molto bassa. Visto il posto bellissimo, l'hotel stellato ed il prezzo richiesto anche l'apericena dovrebbe essere all'altezza delle aspettative. Posto consigliato quindi solo per il panorama

La terrasse d'un hôtel 4 étoiles qui propose un buffet plutôt que son menu habituel, c'est une chose. Que ce buffet soit aussi moyen que celui d'une cafétéria d'aéroport, c'en est une autre. Au menu: salade de pâtes absolument insipides, un couscous froid, de la charcuterie sans aucune saveur... 28€. Le cadre était sympa; merci encore.

Il posto vale da solo il prezzo dell'aperitivo, vista panorica su Firenze al tramonto, praticamente il top assoluto, non si batte un'atmosfera del genere, si rimane incantati letteralmente. Servizio eccellente, attento e cortese da parte dei camerieri, barman con gli attributi che propongono davvero cocktail ricercati e ottimi. Con tutto questo stona completamente l'offerta del cibo, che si può trovare uguale ovunque. Non che si debba pretendere chissà cosa per un semplice aperitivo, ma anche ciò che c'era può essere migliore specie abbinato ad un ambiente splendido come è Empireo. Cibo che è assolutamente da integrare con una proposta dolce quando la serata si prolunga sul tardi. Anche senza esagerare con la scelta, ma qualcosa di dolce ci vorrebbe per coronare una serata magica, magari abbinandoci un buon caffè!

Made a reservation for 7:30pm for My fiancée and I to celebrate our recent engagement. We were literally there for 25 min and on our first drink the server approached us and said the bar was closing and if we wanted anything else. We decided to leave. Great views

Dear guest i'm sorry about what happened but, as you can read on our bar profile on Opentable, during April our opening hours are from 11 am to 8.30 pm. So, in order to give you and your fiancée the possibility to have another drink our staff politely asked you if you wanted another one before the bar was closed. With your arrival at 7.30 pm, after 30 min (so at 8pm) we, as always, called the last round of service. By the way from May our operating hours will be till midnight Best regards
