   Mothers Day brunch was all that I had hoped for. Lots of options for everyone and the staff was superb. Little pricey but worth every penny. I will return to participate in any events. Thumbs up!

   The food was fantastic and our waiter Kelly provided impeccable service! Keep up the excellent seevice as it was a wonderful dining experience. The Hotel Macdonald staff are very friendly and attentive and always go the extra mile! Thanks for a wonderful afternoon as it made Mother’s Day very memorable for certain.

   We had Mother Day's Brunch at Fairmont Harvest Room for many years. This year is probably the worst - and likely our last. Here are the reasons: 1) In the past, the tables were spaced out more generously, allowing ample room to move around. This year, the tables were extremely cramped. Navigating through them felt like a running back trying to charge through tackles in a football game. 2) Our server never smiled and didn’t even wish our wives a Happy Mother’s Day. He brought us the bill just one hour after we sat down, even though the meal had been prepaid. The only additional charges were for a few drinks—so what was the rush? 3) The food was mediocre at best. Some items weren’t replenished quickly, leaving containers nearly empty. The fresh-squeezed orange juice machine barely worked—it constantly broke down and struggled to produce any juice.

   This was a long table event with food prepared specially to be paired with a variety of amazing Dalmore scotches. The food was absolutely outstanding with each course showing uniqueness while sticking to the theme. The salmon and venison were out of this world. The selection of scotches were excellent, but somewhat meager in the pours. But considering the cost of each bottle, I was not surprised. I will look forward to attending another long table event in the future. Compliments to the chef and his staff!

   I came here for my birthday for their Sunday brunch and it was a wonderful experience, the food and variety was impeccable. You walk into this royal grande ballroom and the ambiance was delightful! Will 100% come back in the near future.

   I was expecting a lot from this experience considering the price. The food was good, service attentive and the ambiance was relaxing. My only complaint is the price tag. Some more hot entrees would have been nice. There was only a limited number of hot entrees and a lot of them were cold.

   Thank you, Sunday Brunch is no longer the same after the pandemic but the staff service is unchanged. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and makes every patron feel like family. Price could have been a little reasonable. There was no freshly squeezed orange juice anymore. Thanks.

    This was our first time having the Sunday Brunch at the Hotel Macdonald. Vast selection of delicious food, from breakfast favorites to beef short rib and stuffed porchetta. The omelet station was excellent. The staff were wonderful and very attentive without being over-bearing. Will be going again.
