                                                                                                          We went to this place after making a reservation through open table for 10:45a. We arrived at 10:40a and the young lady stated they open at 11a. I explained online we were able to make a reservation for 10:45a and she stated she wasn’t familiar with the site. I asked to speak with a manager and she continue to tell us while we are waiting outside in the cold that there isn’t a manager available. Long story short since they didn’t allow us to enter and patiently wait inside we ended up leaving. Definitely a frustrating experience. A lesson in customer service would be helpful.

                                                                                                          Pretty bland food, but there are very few choices in the surrounding area. Nice outdoor front setup but service is not around.

                                                                                                          The food was delicious. We ordered nachos with steak, tacos, the shrimp &rice, arepa and churro Sunday. Everything was so good! They are generous with their portions and protein. The waitress was very nice and accommodating. We will def be visiting empanada loca soon!

                                                                                                          No liquor license. Outdoors during daytime has more ambience. Evenings are a little glaring to sit in their shelter. Convenient location.
