   Took 40 min to get a pizza that was uncooked. And so loud - the music plus the people noise. Impossible to hear or talk without yelling. Bar drinks bad too.

   We loved Emmy Squared Pizza! A group of seven of us went to dinner and enjoyed every aspect of the experience. The front of house staff was friendly and welcoming, and our server Will was outstanding. We shared appetizers, salads, pizzas, and sandwiches among our group and everything was good. My personal favorite was the Big Ang pizza. We’ll definitely be back. If you have a large group I recommend making a reservation and requesting the large circular table- it was really fun.

   We went for my daughter’s birthday and even was so nice! Food was good and the service! T was our server and bartender and he exceeded our expectations! This wasn’t my first time here but my first time having T as a server and I’ll be back!

    Really great piece, and never packed on Sunday. Love that they gave the roll up type doors when it's a nice day. The bartender, who ended up being our waiter was very sweet. She recommended some really good pizzas. I had the one with all the sauces....I wasn't sure about the pesto at first, but I enjoyed her recommendation. The only thing I recommend is that they have more soda selections.

    TERRIBLE service. We waited over an hour for just our drinks and they never came. We politely asked the waitress and manager for even some water - so unapologetic that we decided to walk out. And I have never done that. Along with the table next to us. Crazy! I get that the kitchen is backed up but explain that to us!

    Phenomenal food and drinks, but the worst service I've had in years. Food came out at vastly different times and two our meals didn't come out at all. Only one waitress for the entire section and the online ordering didn't work correctly. Mass confusion. Took over an hour for us to leave. Several tables around us also didn't get their food and had to just give up and leave after 2+ hours of waiting.

    Looking for comfort food, we found great pizza and the Huge Hot Chicken Wedge was fantastic! The atmosphere was neat for casual dining and the entire staff was very pleasant.

    I would like to say that this was the worst dining service I have ever had. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. We made a reservation a week in advance for roof top seating. When we arrived at the restaurant, the first hostess seemed confused when we told her we had a reservation. We arrived 5 min before the reservation with our full party and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. A second hostess lead us to an inside table, not on the rooftop. When we explained we had hoped to sit on the rooftop, she was extremely rude. That should have been our sign to leave. Instead, we were sat and the service was horribly slow, taking 45 min to get a single beer. When they started bringing out our pizzas, the staff had no idea what they were bringing out. They did not know the name of the dishes or what was on each one. We have zero clue if we even ended up with the right dishes, but ate them because we had been there for hours and just wanted to leave. Overall, it is a shame because the pizza and apps were very good. Another party arrived at the same time as us with reservations on the rooftop as well, but were told to wait at the bar for 45 minutes before they were eventually seated. The place was not crowded, I would say maybe 30 people total in the establishment. It would be a different story if the staff was sincere and apologetic about the service, but instead were extremely rude.

    Food was pretty good. However, we sat on the patio and service was horrible. While we do understand most places are understaffed, our server visited us maybe every half hour. Took 45 minutes or more to get our pizza.

    Really enjoyed the pizza and ambiance at Emmy squared! As a newer restaurant there were a few hiccups with the order, however the staff was super friendly and made sure our order was resolved to perfection! I would definitely go back again

    The burger and the chicken Parm sandwich are rocksolid. The pizza is also very good but the service is very spotty. Our server forgot to put our pizza order in so it took super long to get it and I was surprised to see that they still charged us for it.

    Service was really slow and sloppy. I had to ask for my drink (i.e. carbonated water) 3 times and food came out before drink. My husband had same experience and our server never checked on us after the food was dropped off by another server so we had to practically grab her to ask to take our drink order and when she brought it over (extremely delayed that we were almost done eating) she brought wrong drink. Also, i tried to get a fork and eventually gave up waiting (trying to get our servers attention since the food was getting cold) and got up and got the fork ourselves.

    The pizza is SO GOOD! Felt for the staff, think they’re very understaffed. Service took a while. Might want to consider a bartender who doesn't also have to wait tables. Aside from that, great food.

    Even though the place was pretty quiet it still took a while to be seated and even with a reservation the host seemed confused about how many were in our party. We waited a while to order and then even longer to get served. Drinks didn’t come until after the food and the cocktail I had was really not good. The pizza was very good but thats about it. The brussel sprout salad was pasty and tasteless. Overall, probably best to do take-out pizza. Service and everything else was sub-par. There are much better choices in the neighborhood.

    Great experience! Nice open-air ambience, plenty of seating options. The food was plentiful and delicious!! My son loves to watch cars and we had a perfect view, and it surprisingly wasn’t super noisy. Our server was great as well, had great menu knowledge, and made great recommendations!

    We have been to Emmy Squared before and absolutely loved the whole experience, but last night was completely different. The service staff as very inconsistent some were pleasant and others extremely rude. We will mostly likely not be returning to Emmy Squared.

    Pizza & Beer before Top Golf. Tried three pizzas and some beers. Veronica was our server and was delightful and efficient. Colony Pizza (pepperoni, pickled jalapeños, and honey) was on point, and thankfully the honey wasn’t so heavy-handed that it overpowered the other flavors. Would absolutely order again. Margherita Pizza (red sauce, burrata, basil) was another winner, especially for the vegetarian in our party. Finally, the MVP Pizza (house made vodka sauce, red sauce, garlic parsley pesto, sesame seed crust), with half of the pizza made “VIP-style (with Calabrian chilis and pepperoni) was a great pizza to share with our vegetarian friend. This is the best Detroit-style pizza in the city, and possibly the very best pizza in Atlanta. Five stars all around. Can’t wait to come back the next time I’m visiting from LA.

    I guess we found out that the dining room was not open from 12-4pm (Monday) until the evening, but they were able let us sit and order takeout from the menu. Appreciate their willingness to accommodate us. The pizza and burger were delicious.

    Great atmosphere & service. The meatballs and fries were not a hit at our table of 10. The meatballs are especially unpleasant. Aside from that a great experience. The pizza & cheese-sticks were incredible.

    Loved Emmy in Nashville. Loved it in Atlanta. Welcome addition to ATL. Exceptional Detroit style pizza, the best burger you will find at a pizza spot (no exaggeration- trust this foodie stranger on this one), and lovely drinks. If you have not visited, do it!

    Came here from buckhead for a casual date night- no real expectations other than wanting to try the popular burger and a couple of different pizzas. Service was slow but there seemed to be only one server and she was very pleasant so no big complaints there, however our appetizer came out immediately followed by the burger and pizzas all at once (which we had requested they be spaced out so everything doesn’t go cold). Ok oh well - so we dig into the pizzas and it’s completely doughy . Super undercooked. Showed the server and she brought her manager. Manager said “oh well you added too many toppings so it didn’t cook enough. We can make a new one or run it back through” we didn’t want extra food so we ran it back through. ( ordered A delux and added pepperoni and banana peppers, basil leaves didn’t get cooked with it). They forgot the basil we had paid for that was on the pizza. Table next to us ordered a different pizza without adding anything, and they actually had a completely undercooked pizza as well and told us they just ran into the same issue. Told manager and server it was dough and they ran theirs back through. Burger was cooked, however it was underwhelming- certainly nothing special unless it was missing something. Needless to say we won’t be back, so much potential but not worth paying for $30 pizzas that aren’t cooked and it’s the guests fault lol

    Service was a little slow but fine. Music was a little loud and I play in a rock band…lol. Not greatest choices either for that time of night. Good has always been great and the bartenders know how to make drinks!
