Secured a reservation on a Sunday evening. Restaurant was quiet. Service - could have been better. Only approached by staff to place our order, serve the food and present the bill. No-one asked if we wanted more water, more drinks. Staff - pleasant and polite There was a discarded napkin on the floor beside the bar that remained there from 15 minutes into us being there to our departure. Despite staff coming back and forth and even one staff member seeing it, it was never picked up. Most bizarre.

We were guests at the hotel looking to celebrate a birthday. Would just say this is a regular restaurant not fit for a celebration. It gets very busy on weekends but the staff were pleasant and did their best to keep up with the demand of the table. We all had the braised beef and it was pretty good.

We came to our reservation at 6 p.m.. Nobody said hello, good evening or something else. The staff came after my request and asked, you have a reservation? No greetings at all. After we agreed, the woman went back to the bar and let us wait again. 1 minute later another woman came, same process. No greetings, just - you have a reservation? Yes. Went with us to a table and said, this or this. Nobody asked if we want to hang off our jackets. After she laid the menu next to us I‘ve said to my wife to leave the restaurant. Such a bad service!

I have booked this place through open table for a 21:30 slot. The waiter in charge was not very welcoming as it appeared not many people were dining and it looked as if we were going to delay them although their last potential booking is after 22:00 ! The place is full of hotel residents and felt more like a lounge/bar than a restaurant. Food was good. The waiter who was serving us left and someone else picked up the dishes later. He never came back to check if we needed anything. I stood up and went to the bar and asked for dessert menu and we were told kitchen is closed ! I explained you could not do that when you provide a 3 meal course. The other waiter apparently lied and said that we did not place a dessert when we ordered starters and main. This was a la carte menu and in my whole life never heard that you would have to order a dessert before you finish. And to make it worse we were not even asked or warned kitchen would close I won’t go back again although food was reasonable

Es war ein rundum gelungenes Dinner. An gefangen von der sehr schmackhaften Rindersuppe als Vorspeise, über das perfekte Wienerschnitzel bis hin zum Apfelstrudel. Mag alles sehr „banal“ klingen, ist es vielleicht auch, aber alle Gerichte und selbst die Beilage, der Kartoffelsalat war mit einer anspruchsvollen Note angerichtet. Dazu ein perfekter Service, nicht aufdringlich aber stets höflich und zu gegen.Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Food was great and absolutely delicious. But on the same time Hilton had a studentsparty and it was unacceptable loud. We spend 200€ for a Dinner at a location we expected to be high class and 5*. At the table people played cards, people were screaming drunk and the noiselevel was like in a football stadium. Long Story Short: i felt like being in a bikers pub than a Hilton Hotel. Reaction of the manger in duty: We are not responsible for what our guests do. If the play cards or whatever. I told her that I will play football next time. Well no, there will be no next Time…

Too lazy to walk around to look for a restaurant, I decided to have dinner at the hotel. It’s a nice surprise that their food was actually delicious 🤤 I had the short ribs and Victor had the traditional Wiener schnitzel. Both were well prepared and tasty 😋 Service was attentive but not intrusive.

Great food, great staff, very valuable ! They offered Pommery instead of Cremant - great ! We had additional juice, coffee and I ordererd yoghurt - and that was all free of charge !!! As Arnold said: I'll be back :-)

Die Bar war sehr gemütlich, hat mich inspiriert, ein Frühstück auszuprobieren. Das Frühstück war dann leider etwas enttäuschend. Es war sehr kalt, nicht wirklich gemütlich. Zum Kaffe gab es kein Glas Wasser. Das Gebäck war mittelprächtig. Das Omelett, na ja. Schade. Das Service war sehr freundlich!

Am 24.08 haben wir das Restaurant zum Frühstück besucht. Damals war alles gut und Personal hatten sehr Aufmerksamkeit, haben wir heute uns nochmals entschieden, im Restaurant zu frühstücken. Leider haben wir eine Schlechte Erfahrung erlebt. Das Restaurant hatte keine Ahnung auf unsere Reservierung! Das Essen war teilweise kalt und bei den Spare Ribs waren zum Beispiel keine Beilagen dabei (davon geht man normalerweise aus, vor allem bei dem Preis). Das Ambiente und der Service waren Top - würde das Restaurant dennoch nicht weiterempfehlen.
