   Sat in the lounge. Gabe made some excellent drink suggestions and did a tremendous job of taking care of us, even when he was getting overrun with drink orders from the dining area. Get the man some help for the dinner rush, people. Food quality and selection has greatly improved over the past few months. That said, seems kinda weird not to have any dough since 1/3 of the menu is based on that ingredient being available. In our case, it wasn’t a problem since we weren’t having one of those or the flatbreads. But, being out of something on the menu is par for the course in the land that time forgot.

   We ate breakfast at Emigration Cafe. Eggs were good and hot. Fruit bowl was just adequate and I recommend serving only organic fruit. Bacon was brushed with spice and not to my taste, toast was dry and I had to ask for jam to go with it. In general, I recommend the chef serve breakfast foods the traditional way and not try to jazz it up.

   Had to use force and a knife to cut the waffles. Potatoes were good, but most of serving was excessively small bottom of the barrel bits. Service was great, food was just ok.

   Easter brunch felt extremely overpriced. I feel I had a $20 meal that ended up costing $75 - I’m vegetarian and there were options but the “fresh fruit with honey mascarpone and honeycomb crumble” was not available, it was something I was very much looking forward too. Gratuity and a service charge were added which ended up being $50- our waitress visited our table 3 times during our entire meal in which she forgot my coffee and my husband had to go to the bar to get it himself. We would not have left such a generous tip for the service. Rest of the food was okay but not up to expectations. I would dine here again maybe but brunch was a bust.

   Food was excellent! However, the service was mediocre at best. We were seated right away, then waited 20 minutes for our server. Finally asked the hostess for water, and we began the buffet. Server never refilled our drinks, stopped by twice to see if we needed anything. My fault for not looking over the bill before I handed her my cc, after waiting another 30 minutes to even get the bill. Apparently at this place, a party of "2" is considered a "large party"!! We were charged a 20% gratuity, which I had planned on a huge tip since it was Easter. I just didn't expect to be forced to pay for HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! It should of been my call on the amount, depending on the service received. I would of talked to a manager, but they were no where to be found, and our server completely disappeared after we paid. I left her a few words on the back of the receipt. We had never been here before and were really impressed, until the horrible service. Won't waste our time there again.

   This was one of the worst buffets my family and I experienced. The variety, quality, food prep and presentation was a lot to be desired. The restaurant should be ashamed for charging $45.00 per adult plate. The eggs were rubbery the bacon uncooked. No bread to speak of and they actually opened a box of crackers to present with the so called cheese which I have bought at box stores. We were looking forward to a nice day out and we were so disappointed we will not return
