The food was excellent. We loved the charcuterie board, elk burger and curry bowl. The setting is nice. We were first seated at a table by the ovens which was very uncomfortable. Not only was it hot, but we were right in the middle of constant traffic. We moved to a table down the aisle which was much better. The service was not good. Our water glasses were empty most of the time until a hostess noticed and started filling our glasses. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks or how the food was. Our plates were never cleared and it took forever to get the check.

Shocked by the raving reviews of this place. Our whole experience was average — or a little below. Our food was average, and definitely overpriced. The service was only ok. It was so loud inside and made it difficult to have a conversation at our own table. We looked up the menu before we came and everything we wanted to order the waitress told us wasn’t good (appreciated her honesty, but was a huge letdown).

We had brunch with a group of 8. Server Conor was just fantastic and the water, orders and food came very timely. Food was excellent! My friend said it was the best omelette she’s ever had! I had the breakfast pizza which was amazing. We sat outside and it was so beautiful! All around perfect experience and excellent food!!

Wow, very crappy service. Love the ambience and the food was okay. But we got real sick of waiting for someone to help us and for our food.

This was a difficult place to visit. The dining area is small, and so you could hear a lot of talking, and I’m hard of hearing, so we were shushed by a family of 6 that was talking really loud, because we were listening to a voicemail kind of high so we could hear it. The pretzel was really good, and the cocktails were delicious. We made the mistake of not getting the pizzas. We got the chicken carbonara and the baby back ribs. My ribs were rubbery. Like they cooked them hours before and were just chilling and they microwaved them to bring them up to temp. The table asked if I would recommend them, and I said no. My husbands carbonara tasted fishy. We thought it was weird, but we didn’t say anything because we had somewhere to be right after and couldn’t stay long enough for something else. He totally got sick. Not sure if it was the carbonara, but I wouldn’t be surprised. I had a bite of it and it was fishy. Seems strange. We were dummies, they have pizza ovens right there, get the pizzas if you are going. Skip the entrees. Very expensive too. Our bill was around $140 with tip. Just expensive for a meh night and meh meal.

If you’ve ever been to Slackwater, Emmigration Brewery was pretty much that, but Slackwaters food is so much better and better drink menu. I felt Emmigration was an overpriced Slackwater and for the price of everything was very disappointed. The food was extremely bland almost like no seasoning was used as all. If the tostada I got didn’t have the salsa there wouldn’t have been flavor at all.
