another dinner at Emerils and as always amazing food and service!
Was seated near the bar. Food came 30-45 later. Got the chicken. Had ordered this numerous times and was shocked how fatty and tough (normally cuts like butter) it was! Manager saw what we were served and said he was sorry, could he get us a salad or an appetizer. Told him no and he said he would check back before we go. He never did. We ate some of the chicken but it was not worthy of the $28 price. Ordered chocolate cake. It tasted like it was frozen. Nothing special for $12.
This experience was not the Emeril experience I have come to expect. This was the first time we left disappointed. I’m hoping this was a one time problem. Fingers crossed!
Charming and pleasure it made things feel normal
The service was slow. The food was good. Very expensive
Awesome meal and service! Not to be missed. Food and drinks are awesome.
Our experience was perfect from start to finish. Our servers Dana and Michael were outstanding.
Our food was delicious and we were not rushed. I can’t wait to go back
Emeril's really knows how to do it. Great food, service and ambiance. These things put together make for a great meal. Drinks were great, steak was great and the banana cream pie were terrific. We had two great servers that made for the superb evening.
Wonderful experience. Food was terrific & service was fantastic!
Food and service was great, some items were overpriced
It's was just okay not high end for the price and to just give you salt pepper shakers on your table and not put fresh pepper on your food right there is odd at this price level. I like burgers and More by emeril better.
the food was absolutely amazing as well as wonderful service. i would definitely return for both the food and experience.
I was looking forward to the Chilean Sea Bass dinner. Unfortunately, it was overcooked. Now I didn't say anything as it was our anniversary dinner and the last thing my wife needed to hear is that the sea bass was overcooked. Everything else was wonderful.
Atmosphere very nice. The wait staff very pleasant and attentive. We ordered strip steak and filet Mignon and potato and Brussels sprouts for sides. Very good! All and all very nice experience.
Food can not compare with the Fish house that the casino closed down.
Service was lousy. I get better service at IHOP.
No one can be the service at the Fish House located in the casino.
Had calamari and it was served lukewarm.
Had Sea Bass and it was over cooked . You had to use a knife to slice into it.
The server does not check on you to see if the food is good or if you need anything.
We had 2 servers.
Mike brought bread and disappeared after that.
Dana was sweet but she still was not very good. Had ordered a soda and she forgot. She came back 30 minutes later with drink.
For a high priced restaurant the service she be impeccable.
The service here was below a Diner service.
Spent $160 on food for 2. Meal was worth only about $80.00 for 2 people .
The casino closed the wrong restaurant. This one should of been closed , not the
We enjoyed a great meal and had an amazing time. .
If I could give 10 stars to our waiter - we would. He was outstanding.
Full knowledge of the menu and bar and was truly personable. This made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
I love this restaurant. The lamd was amazing literally melted in my mouth. The lump crab and lobster mac n cheese was super good. I can’t wait to go back...
Great as always—dinner out in 15 minutes, cooked perfectly. Servers were missing a little, but that happens.
Service was excellent. Food was very good and the menu selection was great. Ambiance was a little off due to the current COVID regulations. But overall I'd recommend and I'd return.
Food and service was top notch. COVID safety was excellent.
another amazing dinner at Emeril's Chop House! everything was perfect from the wait staff to the food! you will never go wrong eating here!
Food was excellent. Service was a bit off. But good. The wine was to die for. (Justin cab) a little bit over priced thou for a glass of wine
Over all a good place for where it is. Looking forward to coming back
Been to Emeril's before, food is always great but the prices have risen especially during our current recession. I passed on the Porterhouse steak at $90.00 market price and opted for the $60 26 oz Ribeye which serves two people. All side orders are ala carte, if you like that and not on a budget, you should dine there.
Awesome place, will most definitely be a return customer.
The food was delicious strongly recommended to anyone wanting a nice night out with love one. Service was great and everyone was great my wife and I will definitely be back again.
The restaurant was amazing. Be prepared to be served great portions. Service excellent and felt very safe during this difficult time. Thanks for such a wonderful evening.
The food was excellent —the steak was cooked to perfection and everything else that accompanied the meals was outstanding. The service was great from the moment we walked in. Chris and Temba (our servers) were very attentive to every detail of the night. True professionals indeed. The prices were reasonable and we were very very pleased with how we were treated. I will definitely revisit and would recommend it to anyone.
Every one was extremely friendly and very nice They were also very accomidating to are chenges I would strongly recommend it
Thank you all so much for amazing evening foe my husband's bday. We will be back soon to visit 😊
The attention to detailed covid restrictions was amazing. Food was wonderful.
Food was good worth going back for.. the portions were small. Walked out of there still feeling a little hungry..
We celebrated my mother’s birthday. The service is as impeccable as the food. Best experience and memorable evening.
Great food, exceptional service, excellent drinks, great deserts. Pricey but well worth it.
Have eaten here numerous times, and the food has been very good to excellent - As for service, it is kind of hit, or miss - this last time it was a hit, our servers were excellent - it is a little pricey, but not so much that I wouldn't continue to go there -
I've dined at Emeril's Chop House a few times. Host initially sat me in the bar area...which is a no no. He then took me to a booth near the kitchen. I did not complain but usually i do not sit near the kitchen area which can be noisy and busy. The servers and manager were great hosts...
The service was excellent, had a little trouble with my reservation however the gal up front took care of everything and all was well. She went out of her way. Wish I remembered her name cause she did give it to me.
Everything was fantastic....
There was a small hiccup in our meal, to find out that a 12oz bottle of domestic or imported beer was $10.00, I thought that was EXTREMELY excessive
I love the selection of food they have. The service is great as well.
My wife had the crusted cod and I had the filet. Both were exceptional. Service was fast and attentive. There was absolutely nothing to complain about
Amazing food and service!!!! From the appetizer to the dessert. Our waitress and the staff were attentive and provided excellent service.
