Service was very good . Food was excellent . Thank you Elizabeth. It is a bit expensive but an overall very nice experience
Suffice to say, our last visit to the Chop House for quite a while. This place continues to masquerade as fine dining, charging well above market for most dishes without providing the commensurate quality. Add in the twenty-something guys with hats on backwards, forwards and any which way, and you have a glorified TGI Fridays. Server was abysmal—-never checked on the table though stood at the beverage stand behind us most of the time, did not refill drinks, was generally detached and never looked at the table. The front house manager, to his credit, did check in on us. Meal pacing was atrocious. Table never cleared, let alone promptly.
This restaurant now caters to the low end casino crowd and couldn’t care less about patrons seeking a finer dining
experience. It’s really bad. Once was a place to enjoy a well-prepared meal, expect very good service and avoid the tank tops and baseball hats.
Those days are over and so is my money going to this charade.
We were seated right away. The servers and chefs are excellent!!
Food was great we were seated immediately service was great I would
Recommend to anyone
Excellent service, great meal, full after the entree, so took dessert to go. Recommend it!
My husband and my meal was comped and it was amazing. I had steak he had salmon. We were with my daughter and her fiancé and they ordered off the regular menu and actually jealous of some of our options. The banana cream pie is to die for.
The food was absolutely amazing. Temba our waiter along with Gina were outstanding. One of our all time favorite restaurants.
The food, the ambiance, the service, EVERYTHING was amazing! The price was much lower than we expected too which is crazy because I would have happily paid double the bill. That’s how AMAZING everything was. If you’re on the fence about this place, don’t be! It’s 1st class all the way!
The service and meals were outstanding!! It capped off a great day
Food and cocktails were fantastic. The service was impeccable. Tried the Wagyu steak and might have been the best steak I’ve ever had.
Nice! Very nice.
The food was excellent and the staff was professional. Prices were high but not super expensive.
Outstanding food and service!!
Definitely recommend for a special dining experience. Thank you Wind Creek for this wonderful gift!!
Outstanding service and food.
The staff was exceptional; very accommodating ....and the food was amazing!!! Loved the cozy atmosphere.
Was very good
Excellent food, excellent service. It was a little noisy but not as bad as some restaurants.
Love Emeril’s Chop House the food is outstanding especially the filet cooked medium…loved the barbecue shrimp with grits and of course the banana cream pie can’t be beat….service was excellent….our waiter Durant and his partner were attentive and very helpful….seating was prompt an all around great dinner experience
The bone in ribeye was absolutely delicious! The service, as always, was great.
This was our first time here, we just moved from California and this was the best experience we have had the food was amazing everyone was friendly and on point.
I will start by saying the staff was excellent.
Our issue was that both of our steaks came out way overdone, and had to wait an extended period of time to get new ones. After the waiting time, we weren't very hungry anymore, and were ready for our check.
On a 278.00 bill for 2 plus 60.00 tip, flow of dining is important. This meal did not flow at all; we had to get our sides refreshed waiting for our new steaks as they got cold.
We were comped a free dessert at end, which was nice; but for fine dining we were expecting a great dining experience, and did not get.
Not sure if we would go back.
A nice evening out with very good food and attentive service all throughout.
Complimentary Meal was outstanding. Food was cooked perfectly and the service was even better! Better than Gordon Ramsay's. Can't wait until next time.
Food was fantastic and wine selection was also great. Prices are a bit high but I knew that going in. My only complaint was I has said it was my wife’s birthday when reservation was made on open table but they did not offer anything.
Filet Minion with potatoes and asparagus!!! It was delicious!
We were there for our anniversary the staff was great but the front greeter was not very warm or welcoming. Food was delicious.
Service was outstanding from the hostess to our servers, very polite and helpful. The food was delicious, I absolutely love the calamari appetizer, the bread was terrific also. I had the 22oz bone-in Ribeye and my wife had the 9oz Filet and both were cooked to perfection and outstanding, the desert was also great, I really enjoyed the Tiramisu and my wife always looks forward to the Banana cream pie. We have been to Emeril's every time we come here to Wind Creek and have never been disappointed!
We were really excited to finally go to Emerils and expecting this to be a lot better than it was considering it was "Emerils". Unfortunately it was only average. The food was ok, not bad, but only ok. We thought it was going be so much more delicious than it was. Also the portions were below average and leash than expected. This not a complaint only a review. I had the short ribs and my wife had the redfish. The ribs had a lot of fat and the fish was lacking flavor. Overall, just an average restaurant, definitely not what you would expect, especially considering it was also expensive.
Great restaurant. Food was excellent. Service was terrific. Prices may be a little high but you get great value for the price.
Dinner was wonderful..most of our party had the ribeye...which was very tasty. The service was wonderful can't wait to go back!
My steak was very tender, very good. My bake potato was not hot my butter wouldn’t even melt. The waitress did not bring any serving spoons with our side. I didn’t say anything because I was on a first date. I have been there before and had better service. I would come again, maybe.
We had the calamari which was perfectly cooked tender with sauce and balsamic vinegar underneath. The strip steak was cooked to perfection, as ordered' medium rare,. I had the creme brulee and my husband had the banana cream pie ( which was about 5 inches high) Both were to die for! Service was extremely prompt and courteous.
Great food and great service don’t remember her name but she does a great job both of them
The two girls at the reception area could have been more pleasant. The restaurant just opened at 5pm and they were not smiling or patient. First impressions matter!
50th anniversary dinner with friends. Ladies had Lab chops with mashed potatoes & asparagus. Men had the bass & halibut which were excellent. This was our third visit and it did not disappoint.
We were dining because of a promotion, so we had the limited menu. The selections were great, the portions were much larger than I anticipated. And everything tasted delicious. The staff were very solicitous, and very attentive. We would definitely go back. For appetizers we had the barbecued shrimp and grits, and the potato soup. As stated earlier the portions were large and the taste was fantastic. We each got the sirloin with mashed potatoes and asparagus and they were delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. For dessert we got the lemon crème brûlée and the apple bread pudding. Absolutely delicious both of them.
My husband and I arrived for dinner at 7pm…got our cocktails and appetizers then ordered our dinner. Instead of getting separate steaks we chose the special of the evening, a 48oz Porterhouse ($180.00 USD) to share. After waiting almost 45 mins our server came to the table to inform us that our steak was improperly cooked and that a new steak would need to be prepared for us which would take another half hour. Our second steak did not arrive for nearly an hour after our server informed us about the mistake. We finally ate dinner over two hours after arriving. Multiple customers came and went before we got our dinner and we deeply regretted ordering this very expensive steak. A nice dinner experience turned into a never ending nightmare of waiting and waiting and waiting. The server was profusely apologetic and offered us extra appetizers but we didn’t take her up on the offer because we wouldn’t of been able to eat our meal if we had. In the end we weren’t charged for our steak, thankfully…but our evening plans were basically ruined because we had to wait so long for our meal.
Awesome experience and ambiance. Food was excellent and so was the service.
Our first visit to Emerils Chop house and we were not disappointed. Everything from the atmosphere to the food was very good! Absolutely no room for complaints. We certainly would not hesitate to visit again. Based on our reviews my daughter and son in law are now considering a night out at Emerils Chop House!
THE FOOD WAS FRESH AND OUTSTANDING. WAITERS TIMED OUT THE FOOD AND KNEW JUST WHEN TO BRING THE NEXT DISH.
