   Emelina's was perfect for a 15 person business dinner. We were seated indoors (per request) at the back of the restaurant. The drinks were fun (try the flight of pisco sours), there were vegetarian and non-shellfish appetizer and entree options to suit everyone. Main dishes were all delicious, and the portions were large - we were too full to try dessert!

   Food was ok, but not anything special. Service was cheerful and attentive. Excellent drinks.

   It's great to see a Peruvian option to the Sunnyvale dining scene. The menu here is a more expansive than we've seen at other Bay Area restaurants which is nice to see. We ordered the octopus appetizer which was unique with avocado and passion fruit sauce. We went with seafood as our entrees - black paella and Pescado a lo macho. We enjoyed them both. This is the fourth and newest outpost of the restaurant so they must be doing something right. It's definitely worth a visit and a welcome addition to Murphy although Sweet Sicily will be missed.

   We love trying out various ethnic foods and Emelinas, Sunnyvale delivered a delicious taste of Peru. Service was excellent and background music lively while not too loud. We’ll return for sure!
