Great restaurant! Great service! Great sushi!

Dinner was great just service was slower than normal getting our food. We were there for over 2.45hrs. We will be back could just have been a staffing issue I. The kitchen that nite

Always my favorite place , but this time some of the guest's did suggest possibility of some place else next outing. First time I have ever heard that . I was surprised.
I mean one out of 100 so so experiences isn't enough to make me change . I'm pulling for embers next rip too. Might be dining alone :) .

We eat here when we have a special occasion . This was our 49th anniversary . they did not disappoint.

Our waiter went above and beyond to make up for a kitchen that was running way behind on food service. That being said, although the food was delicious, it was way overpriced.

Maybe a few more selections on the menu but overall a great place to have a nice dinner.

Our steaks were perfect! The side dishes were just ok. I was a little disappointed with the brussel sprouts as they were not crispy at all. The rest were fine. The service was absolutely perfect.

Food had absolutely no taste. Caesar salad was bland with hardly any dressing. Beet risotto and salmon also very bland, could not taste the balsamic vinaigrette. drizzle. My husband had a different salmon on menu and tasted exactly the same - no flavor.

As for service, we sat for exactly 15 minutes before a waiter came!

Just ok. Food was overpriced service not what would be expected for this price level. Trios their sister restaurant would be a better bet.

Were were very happy with our visit to Embers, we were celebrating a birthday and we were given a perfect booth to seat our group. The service was excellent, our waitress was knowledgeable and helpful. All of our meals were outstanding and I definitely hope to return.

Feros was our server. He was great. Sushi here is always great

The steaks were not cooked correctly, mine was cold. the waitress took the sides from my business partner before he was finished, very disappointing since I told him this was the best steak restaurant in Cincinnati

Food and ambiance was amazing! Waitress was ok overall great experience!

Mostly everything was very good. Service was goo however there was an error in our food order. I ordered a seaweed salad that never came (and it was on the bill) but decided against saying anything because we given 2 free desserts because we were there to celebrate a birthday! Would return to restaurant in the future.

Everything was great. But it is too loud in the bar area. With special seating you can’t even hear your party.

Our server Todd was amazing. The food was delicious. What a great experience. Love this place it never disappoints.

The main issue we have with embers is that when we called to make reservations we requested a seat at the bar. We were told you cannot reserve bar seats but we could get a table in the bar. We managed to get to embers early and we were able to get two barstools. We noticed at the bar they were reserving seats for their “regular” customers. There were two seats reserved with reserve signs, later in the evening they reserved four more seats with reserve signs for other “regular” customers. I am not sure why they make exceptions for their customers you should either be able to reserve a seat or not reserve a seat at the bar. We typically go to embers once a month as it is not close to where we live however that will be the last time as for the way we were treated.

Great food and service. Ask for Courtney, she is great!

The staff & server set the tone for the evening. Manger visited our table twice & Courtney was personable & attentive. Food is always wonderful.

Server brought us food we were allergic to.
