Had a bed experience complained and nothing was done at all I’ll never return
Ember Orlando is always a vibe. Great friends, drinks and music
Nice outside for the atmosphere, but dishes weren’t very clean. Think overall a little overpriced. Service took us long to get.
Brunch was great. Had a little gathering for a bridal shower and we reserved our table before hand. Ambiance was perfect, music was great and it wasnt too loud. We got the endless mimosas and had an amazing time. I would definitely come back again.
Music needs to get better. For a brunch environment, I think people deserve to hear good music not only one genre.
Not great, brunch food was not ideal. We were handled out check within seconds of sitting down and plates/cups were dirty. I think this is much more a scene if you want to just get drunk vs enjoy a brunch with family.
Be nice to have an option of outside or inside seating. It is annoying when you don’t smoke and the table next to you is full of smokers. It’s disgusting to have to deal with that when you are not a smoker at all.
No point in making a reservation at Ember! You make a reservation and still have to wait 30 minutes to 45 minutes to be seated at your table! The food was over cooked and cold and the staff could careless about customer happiness. I will never go back!
I don't understand all of these great reviews. It's a cool place and the bar is happening. However, don't go for the food! It's terrible! My friend's food came out and one of the items on the plate was frozen in the center. Sounds like a microwave to me. Don't bother! It's not worth the time
The live music was a bit flat, but an overall great experience
Food is good. Mimosas are very good. Friendly staff , nice and different vibe I’m used to.
Sadly, not well organized, long line at the door. Advertised one price and charge a higher price at the door, in addition included gratuity even thought it was set up to serve yourself. Glasses were dirty, tables wobbly, food was over cooked, greasy. The music was so load you could not talk amongst your table. Dress code was none existent.
The ambience and food were pretty decent but what I did not like was having a reservation for 12 and standing outside in a line until 1. They definitely need to work on the door entry.
We go to Ember often for our ladies brunch spot excellent price for unlimited buffet bottomless mimosas $ sangria
This was my first time visiting for Sunday Brunch. The service/servers was good but the food was cold so I wasn't able to enjoy my meal and get value in what I paid for. I would go back again hoping that my food would be more enjoyable.
Always a great time and Ember is very accommodating with us as our group size continues to grow. Thanks for the great experience!
I had a 12pm reservation and my friends arrived before I did since I was running late from Tampa due to the weather and traffic. I got there at 1:15 unfortunately and my friends had half and one empty bottles of the Wycliff in the ice bucket. I go to the buffet and grab food and come back and I asked my friends if a server has come by and they said no. By 1:45 the server comes by and greets us. I asked her for OJ, 2 bottles, and a glass of water and she doesn’t return until 2:10. When she arrives she only brings a one bottle without juice or water. I remind her to please bring us OJ and water and she leaves with an attitude. I work in the industry and her attitude was beyond inappropriate. She spent the entire time at the bar talking and looking down rather than coming to our table. One of the guests from my table went to the front to complain to the cashier about how slow service is and the cashier told the server that our table hasn’t been getting any service. She comes to the table with an attitude saying, “I think I heard someone say OJ so I brought”. I asked her for another bottle since there’s 6 of us and we have only gone through 4 since 12pm. Again she forgot the water. At this time I went to the bar inside and I asked the bartender inside who was very pleasant if she could possibly service my table since the server we had keeps neglecting us and not bringing what we keep asking her. She brings us two bottles and leaves. After the bartender leaves the serve comes by and says they are doing last call if we needed anything else. By then I told her that she hardly came to us to service us. I only saw her come to the table about 4 times since 1:15pm. I’ve been coming to ember for a while from Tampa and I have never received such terrible service. My friends wanted to leave and go somewhere else but we already spend $30 each plus the gratuity and hoped that service improved however it just got worse as the time went by. I was very disappointed.
Our Proud Pros MeetUp group has been meeting here every first Sunday of the month for the unlimited drinks and breakfast and we absolutely love it! Excellent customer service and amazing ambiance!! Music is great and we love the live music as well. 5 stars!!
We were very pleased with the service from the time we walked in to the time we left. Everybody was friendly and helpful and we all enjoyed ourselves! Music and food were both great too!!
I booked a reservation for 10 people and stated it was for a birthday
When I got there, no tables were reserved for me.
I had to hunt down a waitress to even bring me the champagne and juices.
I thought they would make me feel special for celebrating my birthday at their venue instead I did not get any acknowledgement, no reserved seating , no real staff to check on us.
Disappointing venue. All my guest paid $40 and had to sit apart due to no reserved seating. Will not recommend for events.
Ember is a great place to go if you want to have brunch in the atmosphere of a slimy bar with bad food and rude wait staff.
Favorite place to brunch
The girls at the outside bar are A1 with customer service and effort. The only thing we didn't like was how mediocre the food was. However the bottomless mimosas are great. They need to pick a better live performer on Sundays, that mans singing was terrible.
I had a table of 20 and when it started raining management put up a cover for us outside. Overall we'll comeback for the drinks.
We had a great time, even made new friends ! Thank you!
Always a great experience. My favorite brunch spot !
Went to brunch on Sunday. It was a little rainy but I had so much fun. Unlimited mimosas was well worth it.
Hire Happier People That Want To Work! The service wasn’t it’s best but I guess you get what you pay for 🤷🏽♀️
Was charged twice, the food wasn’t all that great the server didn’t know what he was serving but our waitress was good
It’s only breakfast option: egg, bacon, sausages, pancakes, etc. not good
Booked a reservation for Sunday brunch on Father’s Day and they were closed. No notification, no update or anything. I arrived there for my reservation to see the doors were closed and no one was inside. I reached out to the club a week before to confirm there were actually still doing brunch and they confirmed that they would be.
The brunch buffet was awful, and they kept running out of stuff. However, the omlette station was great, and the staff was super friendly. Also, the girls on the patio were fantastic with keeping the mimosa's coming. Great ambiance too. The value of the brunch was good, they just really need to step it up with the buffet food.
Great look to restaurant. Neat bar. Menu has super small font and food was good, but not great. Setting up for Saturday night crowd maybe meant that early eaters lose a bit of focus from service staff.
I made a reservation and they called me twice that day to confirm we were coming, when we got to the venue, no one was there to tell us where are seats were etc, we Kinda just wondered and found the sign, then the waitress was awful and was like btw you can only order until 9, then we stayed for alittle bit after and they drink specials when they gave them to us was gross, not sure if I will go back ?
Went for brunch and stayed for hours. Hot delicious food, all you can drink mimosas, and live music. A great atmosphere. Large crowd.
I spent my 27th birthday here with a few friends of mine. The service was wonderful! Every time our champagne bottles were empty as server was quick to giving us another bottle. I wasn’t expecting live music but the artist was OK. Just not my type music. The music was high but moderately low enough to hear the person that sitting across from you. Overall I had an amazing time. Definitely would recommend for any occasion.
I’m so late with this review but I recently been back on this app again. I went in Jan 2020 for my 25th birthday and the food was so good. I usually go for wine down wednesdays but due to Covid we’ve been Mia. The music was a vibe and the omelet was even better.
Well, our reservation was for 5:00 and we were literally the only people there that early.
I realize we had 18 people, but the service was slow and think we should have been assigned
2 servers as the one we had was either busy or the kitchen just took long to get our drinks
and food out! We did love the food and the place and we did get out in time to go to our
Comedy Show. So all in all we had a great experience. Thank you!
I hosted a lunch baby shower at Ember-Orlando. The service was absolutely awful. Their glass cups were absolutely disgusting. It seemed as though our server wore many hats to include the following: “bartender, server, and chef.” So you could only imagine how slow the service was during that time. Never again!
My birthday brunch was truly a success!! I want to thank Ember Orlando for the great food and drinks! I will definitely keep coming and invite others as well.
Nikki (sp?) our server and the outside support staff (who set up and adjusted the heaters) were outstanding! Food was tasty, but nothing spectacular. Made a reservation online, but had no way to know the main inside seating for the restaurant was actually closed for a private party. Thankfully, the weather was good enough to sit outside, but it wasn't quite the ambience and comfort level we were planning on for a night out.
