Ember - Orlando

Booked a reservation for Sunday brunch on Father’s Day and they were closed. No notification, no update or anything. I arrived there for my reservation to see the doors were closed and no one was inside. I reached out to the club a week before to confirm there were actually still doing brunch and they confirmed that they would be.

The brunch buffet was awful, and they kept running out of stuff. However, the omlette station was great, and the staff was super friendly. Also, the girls on the patio were fantastic with keeping the mimosa's coming. Great ambiance too. The value of the brunch was good, they just really need to step it up with the buffet food.

Great look to restaurant. Neat bar. Menu has super small font and food was good, but not great. Setting up for Saturday night crowd maybe meant that early eaters lose a bit of focus from service staff.

I made a reservation and they called me twice that day to confirm we were coming, when we got to the venue, no one was there to tell us where are seats were etc, we Kinda just wondered and found the sign, then the waitress was awful and was like btw you can only order until 9, then we stayed for alittle bit after and they drink specials when they gave them to us was gross, not sure if I will go back ?

Went for brunch and stayed for hours. Hot delicious food, all you can drink mimosas, and live music. A great atmosphere. Large crowd.

I spent my 27th birthday here with a few friends of mine. The service was wonderful! Every time our champagne bottles were empty as server was quick to giving us another bottle. I wasn’t expecting live music but the artist was OK. Just not my type music. The music was high but moderately low enough to hear the person that sitting across from you. Overall I had an amazing time. Definitely would recommend for any occasion.

Well, our reservation was for 5:00 and we were literally the only people there that early.
I realize we had 18 people, but the service was slow and think we should have been assigned
2 servers as the one we had was either busy or the kitchen just took long to get our drinks
and food out! We did love the food and the place and we did get out in time to go to our
Comedy Show. So all in all we had a great experience. Thank you!

My birthday brunch was truly a success!! I want to thank Ember Orlando for the great food and drinks! I will definitely keep coming and invite others as well.

Nikki (sp?) our server and the outside support staff (who set up and adjusted the heaters) were outstanding! Food was tasty, but nothing spectacular. Made a reservation online, but had no way to know the main inside seating for the restaurant was actually closed for a private party. Thankfully, the weather was good enough to sit outside, but it wasn't quite the ambience and comfort level we were planning on for a night out.

Service was great. Staff was excellent . The musician was excellent he even too request had family in town from NY we had a blast

Overall, not bad. Food selection has been reduced since the last time we went. Service was very good. They kept us well stocked up on champagne and checked in often enough to let us know they were paying attention but not too much to become annoying. Music was too loud when entertainer was on break. Could use more fans operating.

Ember is more of a bar than a restaurant, but has a very nice and warm ambience. The service was good, and food delicious. My husband had the grilled salmon and I had grilled scallops. Both dishes were well prepared and presented. The location is great too because not only is it in a scenic area for strolling, you can actually get to places easily from there; parking was perfect. We will be back.

First of all the only way I even got a table was because I walked around and looked for it myself.. luckily when you make a reservation they label what table is for who. We never got service and got our drinks from the bar. After asking TWO different waitresses for service so the table can order food no one still came. I finally went to the bar, ordered food and waited. After about 15 minutes I went back up to the bar to grab my food and it was not ready so I went back to my table! After another 25 minutes I went back up and still no food. The bartender finally went to the kitchen to see what was going on. Come to find out my ticket was lost and food was never coming out even after I already paid for it even I first ordered it. Literally the worst service ever and it’s so unfortunate because their food is so delicious! This isn’t the first time I’ve had terrible service but it definitely tops it off as the worst. After this experience I’ll never go back to Ember.. at least not for happy hour. It’s super annoying that one of the servers said she would be with me next and NEVER even said hi to my table, she literally just did not care. Don’t even waste your time coming here, the service isn’t worth losing your mind.

Great deal on drinks and food. Very busy with drinks so takes a while to get waited on.

I went for my birthday brunch and they accommodated my party of 17 pretty well. Also, food was amazing for unlimited brunch and mimosas. I would definitely go back.

The service was very poor, it was way to dark inside, broken lights in the bathrooms, and the love band was horrible. The place has a Spanish feel to it based on the ambiance but did not portray the amazing tropical Spanish vibe which attracted me in the first place. Had country music....no consistency in the place. Very disappointed. Need new management or even owner. So much potential just being wasted on a Sunday brunch.

First time I have been disappointed with a restaurant in a long time. My son and I had their flatbread. It was like a giant saltine with tomato paste and a little cheese. She was able to whip up “spaghetti” for my little, that was nice. Boys food came out about 10 minutes early which wouldn’t be bad but then the wings and my flatbread came then as we were all done and we thought she forgot my husbands burger (we couldn’t ask because we never saw her) his burger came out. Overall, definitely won’t be back.

Ember food was really good, just ended up with a sever who was still new we waited over an hour for our food & it took an hour & half to get the bill once we got the bill, people on the party & the wrong bill waiter was upset & nervous . People in the party card was still charged with the wrong amount . With the waiter being new she really needed help, everyone excuse for her was she is new instead of helping her

Daniel made my girlfriend a custom drink on the spot and it was super dope.

The food got astronomically better!! The service was slow to start but got better throughout the service.

Made a reservation but upon arrival was total venue was booked for a private party. We were sat outside at a sticky dirty table. Slow service for average food and weak drinks

Wine Down Wednesday was awesome... Great atmosphere and great fun.

Had Sunday brunch here and it was outstanding!

First time there and no one asked me if I knew what the system was. If we had any questions. Also no one appears to have ownership of the table no servers. Which is fine but again as a first time visitor we didn’t know that

Food was horrible but the mimosas were good. I would only go back for the mimosas.

When we got there you had to pay at the door and there was 1 person working there so the line got to be pretty long. She was not informing everyone that an additional tip was added to the bill. The food was just ok nothing to write home about, the meat they had our was dry with no sauce to put on it. The salmon they had was cold ( not sure if it was suppose to be cold or not.) we waited like 10 minutes before a server came over to get drinks to our table. When we were done eating no one came to grab plates, I had to ask them to pick up the plates. The juice we were given for mimosas was not cold. We also sat inside thinking it would be cool but it was still so hot, was the ac off?

It was my first time and everything went pretty well.
