About this restaurant

Located inside Paradise Plaza, Ember is a wood-fired American bistro by highly acclaimed Chef Brad Kilgore, focusing on classic and modern fare, wood-fired dishes, smoke laden meats, pastas and shareable sides.

EMBER features a cocktail program focusing on classics done in creative and modern style.

The wine list features about 100 wines, 15 of which are available by the glass, including diverse selections from Spain, New Zealand, Austria, Napa Valley and more.

The space is designed by Mark Diaz from MAD Design, the 3,200-square-foot indoor/outdoor space will be inspired by the streamline moderne-style of art deco architecture and furniture.
