I wish I could give this 6+ stars. Food was unique but tasty for both adventurous and more bland preferences. Amazing service-It was a busy Saturday night but not a staff member walked by our table without making it better. One staff member even stopped to discretely pick up a wrapper. No empty cups or containers sat for more than a few seconds. Drinks stayed full. Staff seemed to enjoy each other. We were spoiled w/ Chris as our chef. We ordered the feast that included a variety of meats. He explained everything and answered our questions. I wish I could remember everyone's names. Each staff member was outstanding. We can't wait to return with others!

From start to finish Ember is a spectacular experience and a wonderful introduction to Korean food.
Order one of the combos and let their amazing chefs cook your food for you at the table.
Rose took phenomenal.care of us the first night and we brought another family with us the second night, John and Naren cooked for us. Great banter with the chefs and learned so much about each others lives and culture while we watched them cook.

The food is so delicious served hot and fresh right there before your eyes.
The entire process here is so efficient and is a well oiled machine.
The owners have thought of everything and the friendly welcome experience here is exceptional.
We will come back to Fort Meyers next year specifically to come back to Ember!!

Went for valentines day. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. We were checked on regularly but not excessively. The food was amazing. Will definitely be going back in the future.

Ember was a fun night out for the family. We enjoyed watching the meat being prepared in front of us. We will definitely go back again.

Not COVID friendly the way food was shared between the table. The food was not very flavorful and very overpriced for the quality.

It was nice to try something new. I can’t say I would go back soon. We like bold flavors that it lacked. I was a little uncomfortable with the waiter leaning over my food and his mask not covering his nose.

It was super cute . It’s a mix of modern and traditional . Great food and super friendly staff . The owner came and offered to cook for us . He was super nice I would definitely come again and recommend people I know to come try it out . Love it.

Having spent over a year living in Korea I feel I am qualified to say this is very close to what I had enjoyed everyday there. The rice was perfectly crunchy in the bibimbap and the bulgogi marinade was spot on. I’ll be back.

Birthday Dinner

Me and my Fiancé was there for a spontaneous date night. We got the All you can eat. The menu is not updated on open table and what I expected was two separate AYCE menus with the different prices, however there was only one option. We sat down to a menu with a happy hour menu option but was not told by our server that this would only be available in the bar area until we tried to ordered the food on the happy hour menu. Reservations on open table places you in the dining room as it states. We have never been to a Korean bbq place so it was refreshing to have them teach us the ins and outs of how to cook the food. It was however awkward to have the server stand over us for 20 minutes. I would have been fine with a short explanation and didn’t really need the server to cook the meat until done. Some people may find this to be acceptable, but it was just awkward. The Server Assistant was awesome. His personality radiated and really made us enjoy this experience. He was very informative and took great care of us from start to finish. He has excellent customer service and it’s a disservice that he wasn’t our server. The side items were delicious and, as a person who hates vegetables, the kimchi radish was to die for. We tried all four meats on the AYCE menu. The pork belly was the most delicious and resembles bacon when cooked. The Chicken was a nice pairing with the pork belly. The brisket cooked and tasted like Philly cheesesteak meat. And the beef golfari is sweet. I enjoyed the beef golgari, my fiancé didn’t. The AYCE includes the soup, sauces, and sides but didn’t include the salad. They include a tip in the bill, so our bill was $95.99. This is fine, but I hate included tips. I would have tipped more if the tip was not included, but once you set that value, that is what you get. That tells me the business believes that is what they deserve, which they do, but I won’t tip extra on a added tip. This was a great experience overall, and we would love to bring our fam

Food was great! Let me say it was AMAZING! However, my only complaint is how loud the music is they play in the restaurant. Other than that it was fantastic!

Amazing dinner. Chris the owners son / manager cooked for us and made the experience the best we have ever had there. The other times we have dined there was amazing, but this time topped the others.

Our first time dining at Embers. Our server was very patient and explained the process. The owner himself came out and cooked our meal at the table. Excellent customer service and great food!! We will definitely be back.

The first time I learned about Ember was around June/July of 2020 and I fell in love! I proceeded to come back at least once every other week for about 2 months and finally told myself I needed to calm down lol.

My last visit was 01/05/2020 for an early birthday celebration and it was the best visit I’ve ever had! Rachel was our waitress and she was awesome and attentive! When I made the reservation for that day I asked them to save me some broccoli (my fav vegetable) as a joke because every time I come they always run out. I kid you not, when Rachel came to the table, she slid the broccoli right to me!!! I was so happy!! Food is always great, they have the best parm truffle fries that I’ve ever had and delicious soju. I brought a cake for the birthday boy and they came out singing with a couple other coworkers and we loved every moment of it! Shoutout to the table next to us who bought us birthday shots!

Also thank you to Scott, I usually get placed in his section and he’s always great and attentive as well!

Obviously I’ll be back, thank you guys so much for always making sure we have a great time! (Save me more broccoli, ok thanks)
