   First time trying Korean BBQ. We went as a request for my daughters birthday. Overall the food was delicious and the service was decent. The wait staff was very helpful in teaching us how to use the grill and cut the meats. By no means is this an elegant restaurant as the timing of the food to the table was very off. We felt rushed though we were told that these meals are traditionally eaten over 4 hours or so due to the amount of food. The pace they brought the plates or tried to clear the plates was not in line with that tradition. We were there on a Wednesday evening so it was not busy. We did enjoy the food, the new experience, and all the waitstaff were pleasant. The sushi was excellent.

   We made reservations based on a friend’s recommendation and Ember definitely did not disappoint. The food was delicious and there was plenty for the two of us. Our server and staff were very attentive. Our drinks were always full and our banchans were topped off when needed. We ordered Feast B and enjoyed each “course”. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a unique and delicious experience.

   Service was great. Have been there twice this month due to holidays and visitors. This is the type of meal where service matters and it can make and break whether you return. Our second visit included previous servers greeting us as well.

   Rose was our chef and she was absolutely amazing!! Very friendly and professional. On the other hand, the host was completely unfriendly, not amicable at all. Sad to see a nice restaurant with great food and awesome cooks, but the UP FRONT person who should be the one making you feel welcomed, did completely the opposite. It ended up hurting a 5 star rating.

    The food is very good, and the price is high. I understand that a big table is difficult to take care of, but we had a reservation for a table of 12 and we only had 1 girl waiting on us. There should have been 2 servers since the food is cooked at the table by the server and we had 2 tables. The waiter was good but overwhelmed. Will not go back ig it is a big group, no more than 6 guest

    Having eaten Korean bbq for years I must say that this place was absolutely authentic and delicious. Kiki our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and different types of meats available. I would definitely return if I’m in Fort Myers again. Delicious food, impeccable service there was always someone there in case you needed anything. Price just like any other top notch Korean steakhouse.

    Our service support staff was more of a server than actual server. He was amazing. Server brought first round of drinks and kind of vanished after that. Sadly he reappeared when we gave support staff cash. I wish we knew more but for some one in hospitality the support staff is the shining star. Servers need to pay attention more… not make us feel obligated to cook our own food. For over $200 and Mother’s Day celebration you would think a little more attention . This coming from a restaurant manager.

    We went for my son Ronnie’s 25th birthday! Dennis was an amazing waiter/grill master!! His support staff was very attentive as well!! The food was delicious and we learned a lot!! Definitely a fun experience!! Feast X was great!!!! Ember is a must go to for a fun, delicious night out!!

    Always a great experience! We love this restaurant, we come here often - one of favorites in Fort Myers! They have the best Mandu Dumplings, smash burger, pork belly bao buns and more! Quality of meat and sauces are amazing! For dessert, try the Bingsu with mochi or their home made Bread Pudding (the best bread pudding!!) Great service and ambiance.     Las Vegas Wynn/encore level service. Top quality ingredients and preparation methods. Kiki our server was absolutely amazing.     My second time, and the food is great, but we had a server that made it that much more of a great experience. She was personable and needed to get us up to speed. Where so many wait staff are apathetic, she was a shining light . We will be back for the food and the service

    Our service was great. Our waiter was very attentive and explained the menu well. I had planned a large surprise dinner party for a friend's birthday. The staff was understanding of myself and the birthday girl coming in later so we could surprise her with a table full of her people. Music choices were great. It was a bit hot at some point with all the hot pots, but worth it. Experience is fun. Food is great. And yes corn cheese is just corn and cheese. And SO good.

    Amazing restaurant and service our waiter was outstanding Nerin did a fat job. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was so friendly and spent time at the table with us and went over everything into detail. This is definitely one of our favorite restaurants to go to. We will definitely be back service atmosphere. Everything was delicious. I would highly recommend everybody to go there we spent more than enough time and we were not rushed.     Went for our anniversary. Narron was our server. We had the regular meat for 2 but switched the brisket for bulgogi. First off, the service was tremendous! Narron was extremely attentive, was able to do some small talk, and he has lots of energy! We have been to Korean bbqs before but this one was a bit more upscale with a really good energetic vib. We usually cook our own but here we decided to let the staff do it. Chris was the “chef”, and did a good job but additionally was a pleasure to talk to which made the evening even more enjoyable. All was great and we will be back again!!
