First time here and enjoyed it. Server Kiki was very helpful. Food was great.
Great food and service
Made my senior homecoming dinner perfectly. All the staff was attentive and welcoming. Food was outstanding
First arrived very disappointed. Waitress got upset when we mention that the meat tasted like charcoal. Service wasn’t great.
We thought the food was very good. We tried a few new things off of the Korean menu and were very impressed. We even took home the potato pancakes and put them in a frittata over the weekend! We'll be back!!
Brought first timers along with us. WE all enjoyed the experience very much.
OUTSTANDING! WILL BE BACK SOON. WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS.
Great food! Chris is amazing
Amazing experience and great meal.
We went for a bday party and honestly it was underwhelming. The cost of food vs the level of service just didn’t work out. There were simple things that happened previously that didn’t happen on this trip: 1. Had to ask for basically everything 2. No assistance for the first timers (entire table of 6) cooking food etc 3. Didn’t bring rice had to ask, didn’t bring soup til after meat came out didn’t bring things to cook meat with until after being asked. 4. Other tables had one waiter who cooked food for them while we had 2 tables with only one waiter and no assistance cooking food. Basically spent $500 plus and party was Hungry when they left. Will do somewhere else next time lesson learned
This was our first experience at Embers Steakhouse and we will definitely be going back! Super fresh and a fun experience!
What an amazing place to enjoy some delicious Korean dishes. All recipes belong to the owner’s mom so real home cooking. Our waitress Kiki was so informative and lots of fun!!
Great experience! A little pricey but worth it for the experience, food and atmosphere! Definitely will be back!
I took my best friend here as a surprise for her birthday, and she loved it! The service was friendly and personable. The food was flavourful and delicious. And the atmosphere was trendy, yet ambient. We will definitely return!
Really cool experience.....little pricey but I guess it is entertainment as well as dining.
Went to Embers Korean Steakhouse for the first time last night. Excellent meal. Had the Butcher’s Feast, but the one we had was a special that was so well received they are adding it to the menu: Marinated ribeye, short rib & chicken. We figured it’s Korean, let’s have something with Korean flavors & it was excellent. The accompaniments were also perfect, including a salad with a nice light sesame & citrus dressing. The wait staff was attentive & led us through a rather complex menu, and did all the cooking at the table. All in all a delightful evening with great food & service. And one of our old bartenders from DeRomo’s, David is their bartender. Fits in like a glove. I highly recommend it! Sorry, they don’t have a website but are located at the southwest corner of College & 41 in the shopping center.
Delicious food and perfectly cooked at the table.
We loved Ember and can’t wait to go back! The food was delicious and very authentic.
Loved the food. Waitress was excellent as we were first time diners.
Food was excellent. Staff attentive. Had the combo for 3-4 people. We were able to substitute chicken for the pork belly. We started with the Tuna Carpaccio.
We will definitely be back.
Somewhat of a "schizophrenic" experience.
*Japanese nachos are superb
*Korean side of menu was among the best Korean we've had (and we dine in LA and NYC regularly). Banchan is excellent (but you have to request kimchee specifically) and includes unlimited refills
*Don't miss the Butcher's Feasts, which include a spicy starter soup, the banchan, and a variety of meats (the pork belly is superb) grilled at the table
*Green tea creme brulee is tasty
*Wine list includes more options than expected
*Keitlyn was one of the best waitresses we've ever had
*The sashimi was disappointing. Coarsely cut and the offerings are somewhat limited
*A better wine list would elevate the restaurant (most of the selections were cheap but of lower quality)
Overall, a great stop for Korean-food aficionados and novices alike.
Didn't like only one person eating at a times. The person who's food is done first is finished eating by the time the last person even gets there food cooked.
Excellent quality ingredients, good array of Lorean accompaniments, fun grilling at table. Can be parties of 2, 4 or many more. Nice menu selection, comfortable interior. Educated and friendly servers. Attentive and happy to assist you in ordering. Highly recommend.
Absolutely loved this place! Food was phenomenal-service was outstanding and the ambiance was perfect!
Birthday , very nice
Through my best friend Birthday dinner here the food was different not bad but not outstanding the drinks was really good the atmosphere was phenomenal staff was excellent noise level was a norm for my group pricing was as expected definitely not your ordinary restaurant I would return again recommend everyone try it at least once
Had never had Korean BBQ before. A fantastic dinning experience. Excellent good, knowledgeable servers . You do all the cooking if you wish. We really enjoyed it, only asking for help with the scallops. It can be an expensive meal, depending on choices, but well worth it
I went with a group of 8 members of my family to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. The food was FANTASTIC, the atmosphere GREAT, the staff SUPERB. There's absolutely nothing I can complain about. I would DEFINITELY come here again and again.
The food is exceptional and the service was extraordinary. This restaurant is truly an exceptional experience not just another meal.
We had Scott to serve us. He was a very knowledge gave 6 of us The best Service. We would like to request him to serve us again next time.
Not really worth the price.
Fantastic food and love the energy that goes with the fun meal preparation. Great manager.
We go almost every weekend! Love This Place :)
Amazing!!! Food was delicious and the service was impeccable. Great value
Chris was awesome! We appreciated his meat-cooking tips and the attention he gave our party. The experience was so much fun!
Great food, big portions
Had heard amazing things about the restaurant so was super excited to take my dad there for his birthday. It was a Wednesday night and our waiter was doing double duty as a waiter and bar tender. It was 45 minutes from the time we ordered for the food to hit the table, my mom's sandwich (she wasn't game for the food) never came until we asked, and for All You Can Eat we had to ask for everything twice and then finally gave up ordering any additional food because our poor waiter was running around so much and even when we ordered, he wouldn't remember, and at that point we had been sitting there for 2 hours with 2 small children. I may give it another shot one day but for $200 for 6 of us, I definitely do not feel like I got my money's worth. Not in a hurry to go back.
This place offers a unique dining experience. Also the sushi was fantastic.
Delightful place. Wonderful food. One of us had the Poutine (Canadian and Wisconsin) and I had Korean noodles. Both were delicious. People gracious and helpful. Recommended.
Great Korean food in an informal setting.
