    Absolutely brilliant evening. Food and service were superb. Great selection of music and venue was great. Menu choice was superb. Would definitely go again.

    Easy parking, fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Our first visit and we were blown away with the menu choice and how innovative and delicious all the items were. We'll definitely be going back again soon!

    First time visiting. Really enjoyed the experience. We had the tasting menu and sat at the counter which meant we could interact with the chefs and watch them at work but did also mean it was hard sometimes to hear each other and we would probably opt for a table next time. Wonderful young staff- efficient, engaging and courteous. We will return.

    First time at Ember and it won’t be the last! The food was delicious and the quality excellent. Staff helpful and friendly and gave guidance on how much to order. A unique experience and although the prices are higher than average, for the quality of food offered it was value for money. Very enjoyable!

    A treat for my partners birthday! We had the 7 course taster menu. The food was incredible, the wine pairing was great. Particular highlights were the swede, lamb, s’mores and port! We loved being talked through the dishes and would recommend. Probably a good job we’re not local as we would spend a fortune here! The only downside for my husband is that you could do with better whisky! Excellent evening, thank you!

    Really nice experience for my partners bday. All staff work really hard and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable

    First time to this restaurant, so wasn’t sure what to expect. We opted for the smaller plates. Good choice selections. Starters were Lamb Paratha & Sun Dried Tomato Mini Muffins, both really tasty and delicious. Mains Smoked Chicken Thigh, BBQ Pork Tomahawk, Beef Fat Potatoes & BBQ Tenderstem Broccoli all arrived quickly, very well presented and delicious. The only thing I would say is that considering the flames are visible in the kitchen area & it looks very warm in there, the food (except potatoes) were just luke warm. We finished our meal sharing the Sticky Toffee Pudding, as we were so full but wanted to have something. This really was amazing, a great finisher!! We would highly recommend this restaurant, well worth a visit
