    Sat at the high tops in front of the kitchen watching the chefs at work. Excellent dining experience and the food was exceptional. The short rib was the winner of the night for us, but the hangar steak was also great. Felt a little neglected from a service perspective towards the end and we had been forgotten about when we were trying to order desserts. Overall fantastic and look forward to going back again in the future.

    Exceptional food, great value for the quality. First visit and we loved the whole experience (ambience, music, vibe), we'll definitely be back!

    Food was, as usual, exceptional. What they do with the vegetables is out of this world!! This time, music was a tad loud and the service lagged a bit behind. But overall, it is a very special place to eat

    A super evening; an outstanding menu by Dan Merriman in collaboration with James and his brilliant team. Each of the five courses was delicious. The atmosphere as usual was buzzing and the service was really nice, friendly & attentive.

    I cannot thank the team at Ember along with Dan Merriman enough for the most incredible evening. The food, wine flight, ambience and service were impeccable and simply stunning!

    As always an amazing evening at Ember, this time for the MasterChef pop up night. Food was incredible, the staff are always engaging and knowledgeable.

    We Dined at Embers several times, each time we have been very satisfied. Food: Exceptional, and on this occasion to experience food by Dan Merriman, the mix of flavours & textures throughout, first class ingredients , taste of each dish is wonderful. James always seems to lead his team of staff with ease, Service was excellent, and attentive. Luke looked after us on this occasion, he was polite, professional and very good at his job. All in all Embers excellence all round. Thank you all.
