Very eclectic menu, all dishes had multi-layers of complexity. We tried the Elk, Scallops and Pork Chop as well as the Appetizers of Lobster Rangoon and Waygu Beef. The Elk was a little tough to cut and eat but the flavor was outstanding. Everything was very delicious and lots of flavor profiles.

The place itself is cute with the burning torches outside. The food was not great. I ordered the pork loin and it was served with some kind of sauce on the side. The pork tasted bland and the sauce tasted like nothing I would pair pork with. My hubs had the same issue with his scallops.

The dinner was fantastic. We tried a little of everything. The elk, qual, pork loin, wagyu beef from start to finish dinner was superb! Don’t let the exotic distribution scare you away.

Beautiful venue. The chef makes up his own food pairings. Very unusual but good. We had prime rib. It had a great flavor but was hard to cut. Not a good piece of meat for sure. I would recommend just for atmosphere and unusual dishes.

Great restaurant. Building is beautifully decorated in a way that enhances the food experience. Staff are great at letting you relax and taking care of everything for you. Food was excellent with good portion sizes. Chef is very creative. We wanted to share our comments with him and he was super engaging. All in all, a complete package. We were euphoric at the experience.

The staff and overall ambience at Ember was fantastic. The food was cooked perfectly and the different flavor combinations were great. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in the area looking for a delicious upscale restaurant.

The ambience and the service was excellent - the lobster rangoon presentation was pretty, but the lobster portions did not taste fresh, but rather canned, The Elk portion was not a filet, but a tapered end which was a touch over which made the elk tough - the quail was excellent .

We loved the atmosphere. Beautiful artwork. Cozy and romantic. The food was amazing and full of flavor. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant.

We were promptly seated on arrival, Service was attentive but not intrusive, Food was rated as excellent by everyone and special accomodations made for carb free diner. Wine selection was nice. Overall a highly enjoyable meal.

Beautiful food. Some strange combinations with sweet and savoury but they work. Service exceptional good sized meals and great atmosphere. Would recommend and definite return
