Ember Ratings and Reviews
We had a great dinner before seeing a show are the river walk center. Our server was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The food was delicious and we enjoyed cocktails with our meal. We will try to get back once the weather gets warmed to enjoy a spot outside!
We celebrated our anniversary there for 7 years, and have taken friends there. Menu is always unique. The "sexy lady" drink is a specialty especially for anniversaries. The lental flatbread before dinner offering with the yogurt mint dip sauce is a grabber.
Ember was amazing. Eli was our server and he did an outstanding job. The food is incredible and really unique. Like really unique, but not so crazy that it doesn't taste good. Between the ambiance and the artwork and the food, this will for sure be a consistent addition to our best restaurant list.
This was one of the most exceptional meals we have had anywhere and certainly a highlight of our trip to Breckenridge. The service was attentive without being invasive and the food was AMAZING! The chef is a master at creating new and exciting food/seasoning combinations and the results are exciting and absolutely delicious. If you want a great dining experience, don't miss Ember.
Ember is the best - amazing food, outstanding service, all in a great atmosphere. The menu constantly changes but is always creative and delicious. I mostly, however, want to rave about the service. We have severe food allergies in our family and Ember is the one restaurant we trust above all others to take care of us. Our server takes careful notes for the kitchen and, without fail, the chef comes and speaks to us directly. The experience is nothing short of having your own personal chef for the evening. Thank you, Ember, we appreciate it.
Wonderful. The Kobe beef salad was done to perfection as was the sauce that went with it.
This was followed by a Chilean sea bass that
was also prepared to perfection and which also
had another wonderful creative sauce.
Our thanks to Max and Steve for making it such
a memorable evening and for their attention to
Don and Betsey Saunders
One of the best, if not the best restaurant in Breckenridge.
We love the wagyu flank steak appetizer (I order as my entree) and Chicken lettuce wraps are amazing as well. Pappadums - YUM!
We dine here regularly, the food is always consistent and delicious, excellent service and great cocktails.
They do not disappoint!
Chef Scott is masterful in his culinary creations. Miles, our server, was abundantly knowledgeable about the menu and spot on with his recommendations. The atmosphere has been greatly enhanced by the renovations since our first visit to Breckenridge and Ember 2 years ago. This is a MUST visit restaurant!!!
We had a wonderful experience for our 4th anniversary. The server Miles was incredible at explaining the content details of everything on the menu. The chef has prepared some awesome meals and prepared homemade ice scream that topped off the delicious dinner.
Ember was our favorite Breck restaurant for our weekend visit, Labor Day weekend! The chef is a master at salads. Never had a better salad at any restaurant all my life! And the flavor combinations are divine and inspired!
We enjoyed our dining experience at Ember from start to finish! Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the wine and the food. He was able to guide us in ordering. The flatbread, pork and fish and dessert were all amazing! We will go back!
We have been to Ember twice and had good experiences both times. We ate indoors the first time, which was quiet and pleasant, and outdoors the second time, which we highly recommend. The staff are very knowledgeable about the dishes and have great recommendations. Enjoy!
Unique menu with a great mixture of items. Each dish we had contained a number of items in it that we had never tried together, but the combination of them all was excellent. Waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and explained each item as well as had good recommendations. Restaurant was quiet enough that we could talk without having a hard ime hearing each other. Would definitely go back.
The food was delicious! Initially I was a bit worried about taking my in-laws there, who have limited experience with foreign flavors, but they enjoyed the steak, shrimp and duck. The Service was great as, was the wine list. A definite must if you are in Breckenridge.
The chef at the Ember is a master at creating unusual offerings that are superb. I had the best venison I have ever had. I would consider the Ember one of only three top-notch restaurants in Breckenridge for excellent food and service and a memorable experience. There are many other very good restaurants, but the Ember has become one of our favorites for special occasions. The service is just outstanding with knowledgeable and engaging servers who only add to the joy of the dinner. The Ember is a must whenever we are in Breckenridge.
We had a large group (16 people) and that s was perfect. The food was amazing and unique. This is great. The service was great. Dessert was incredible. The meal just kept getting better and better with each course. Hats off to the chef.
My wife and I had dinner at Ember on a Saturday night. The weather was great so we sat outside which was really nice. The food was excellent and so was the bottle of wine. The service was attentive and friendly. The food was different from what you get at other places. It is very special and great tasting.
The only issue we had was that the price for the bottle of wine was incorrect when we got our check. Our server corrected it and apologized.
We were there on a very quiet night. The level of attention was great. Eli, our waiter could not have been nicer and more attentive. His descriptions of the menu were spot on. The combination of ingredients in both the appetizer and the main courses were a bit different and well worth a try. We will go back.
Great dining experience. The staff was very friendly and engaging. The pre-request for a specific bottle of wine was fulfilled and waiting at the table when we arrived.
The food was well prepared and very tasty. Smaller menu but the focus was spot on and the dishes were both delicious and well presented. We may have found our new go-to for fine dining in Breck. Thanks to the staff for a great experience.
This was the best meal we had in Breckenridge. We walked through town on a mild, but cool evening. Ember was warm in every way, the temperature, the people. The food was amazing. Each dish had its own complex character, each layer surpassing the other. I would highly recommend the lobster rangoon (deconstructed lobster + rangoon + glaze + numerous other flavorings) and the cherry flatbread (this melts in your mouth with so much going on). And, that's just the appetizers. Our entire meal was delicious. The service was outstanding. We met the chef at the end of the night and we can clearly understand why the restaurant is exemplary. Scott is passionate and charming with a great exuberance for life.
This was our first visit to Embers and we were so surprised and happy with our experience.
The food combinations are unique but work so well. The kale flatbread was outstanding and so was the striped bass. We had the Chia bread putting and the combination of flavors was awesome! Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We never felt rushed and enjoyed a very nice evening. The wine selection was also good.
