   We had a party of 6 and we all had something different - from appeitzers, salads, steak, hamburger, crab legs and desert. Our entire party thought the food was great, the presentation special and though it was a bit loud, the ambiance very nice. They brought out a amuse-bouche of a mini-lobster quiche that was cute and tasty. Then at the end of dinner they had a small cookie spoon filled with a fruit mousse. Both were compliments of the chef. It was a really nice evening!

   The prongs are amazing as well as the filet. The flavor of the creamed corn was fabulous but the service was over the top!! My second time in two months soy amazing !’

   The entire Ember team went out of their way to recognize and celebrate my Father In Laws birthday. This started from the receptionist, waiter, General Manager and I believe one of the bar staff. As we were seated we were greeted with glasses of Champagne by our waiter AJ. AJ did a great job of answering questions and highlighting his favorites. I had the best Sazerac Manhattan. AJ brought several other appetizer treats to celebrate his birthday. The food was all fantastic and prepared perfectly. The courses were spaced out perfectly. We fine dine often and this was top of the shelf, food, service and ambiance. A job well done!

   The lamb and seabass were amazing!!! The small details were noted!!! First time dining here and we will be back!!

   Went on a reccomendation. Glad we did. Celebrated a birthday. One of the most pleasant outings in a long time. Amzing staff. Fantastic entertainment. Awesome food. Just go!

   Service was wonderful. We loved our seabass and scallops. Was somewhat disappointed with the soup of the day, lobster bisque. It was not a cream base, rather a red base. Tasted more like Manhatten clam chowder, but without the extra ingredients. Could not taste any lobster. Also, we noticed our bread got spongy right away after being served. To me that is a sign of microwaving to heat up, rather than fresh cooked oven bread.

   We celebrated 3 family birthdays and confirmed our belief that Embers is the best dining experience in Fountain Hills. The outstanding food is matched by their service and attention to detail. It’s a special place for special occasions! I highly recommend it!

   Ember never disappoints ! From the chef’s surprise appetizer bite to the bread bowl & dessert. The food is always outstanding with a lovely presentation. Their wine selection will meet anyone’s preference, and to my surprise they serve Cloudy Bay by the glass which shows their level of taste and class. . We compared Ember to Orange Sky and hands down Ember wins!

   filter cooked perfect, sea bass astonishing. Service and waiter CJ was amazing. Great knowledge of menu and very attentive without being annoying. Great couples night.
