Ember & Oak
We are a modern steakhouse meets share plates concept, featuring dishes from our oak fired grill with everything being made fresh in-house. As a chef owned and operated restaurant, we pride ourselves on serving the best ingredients, prime steaks and freshest seafood to our guests!
Our entire menu was designed to be shared as we believe the best memories are made when friends and loved ones gather around the table to share food and drinks. Your dishes will be delivered to your table as they are ready from our open concept chef’s kitchen, so we suggest ordering a mix of small plates, side dishes and sharing boards; and enjoying everything together with your group 'tapas style'!
We are equally as passionate about our beautiful craft cocktails, boutique wines, unique craft beers and our self-serve tasting experience of wines/ whiskey/ tequila in The Wine Room!

Our waitress was amazing and the food was incredible. A must do again!
The wine bar is an incredible asset!
A mandatory if you go…
I gave it a 5 for value. This is not a cheap restaurant. The situation is we got the chateaubrian board that included 5 sides— a baked potato, mushrooms, spinach, Ceasur salad and bone marrow!!! (Probably a $60 plus value in sides!)
One of the best presentations, preparations and delicious food encountered in a long time!!!
Limited menu but the steak board was very good. Tried the Calamari and it was also good and well seasoned and spiced.
Excellent waiter, Dillon was the best of the best!
The night started off great, it was our first time so we needed alittle help with the menu. Server didn’t refill the soda or water until we asked a second time. Told us the kitchen was closed when I went to order more food before dessert without mentioning the kitchen would be closing so order more ahead just in case. The music was ok but the regular music was still playing from the restaurant so it was very loud and annoying bc it was like dueling music. Overall it was overpriced for the steak size and experience but the food itself was good.
Loved that there was the option to eat outside (very spacious covered outdoor area with fans, a bar, alternative lounging area and live music. If you are a steak lover, then you will love the menu (I am not, my diet is mostly plant based) but I found plenty to eat from their small plates section. Everything was delicious and the service was good.
I love the idea of the boards with entrees. Our meal took a long time to arrive. A little weird that the tables are glass top outdoor furniture tables at this price point.
Everything was very good to excellent, that is hard to find in a restaurant. Manny was our server, he was very good.
The Tomahawk Ribeye was really well prepared, perfect inner temp with a great crust. All the sides were very good.
There were no disappointments. If you got the money, it’s worth it.
Nice pricey steakhouse with outdoor seating.
Love this place; the food, the open outdoor space, (ambient & smooth indoor space as well) and the service. Knowledgable & talented chefs, bartender/sommeliers and servers. Just a fun place to dine, sip, & experience great flavors.
Best food in town. We tell everyone we can to try it out!
First time visit. The ambiance sitting outdoors was great. Live music. Manny, our server was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Food was spectacular. Everything was so on point. Great place for a date.
Great birthday dinner! Brought champagne to the table to celebrate!
The food was prepared as ordered and presented beautifully. Our steak was tasty but more room temperature than hot. (The squash blossoms were fantastic! ) Service was painfully slow, but staff was tremendous. Tables are small, given the service style.
We will return and try the outdoor venue.
First time trying Ember& Oak, it was delicious and the service was excellent. It is pricey, over $500 for three people, but we thoroughly enjoyed it.
We had outdoor reservations, but rain/ thunderstorms were in the mix. Had to go indoors.
Great place for wine tasting, music, food!!! We were pleasantly surprised how amazing everything was at this little gem! The Cobia was amazing - from the presentation to the amazing flavors. We will be back!!
Fantastic!!! Highly recommend this place!!!!
had the tuesday special was nothing special rather have texas roadhouse at 1/2 the price
The food and experience was amazing. We'll definitely be back!
There was a party going on in the main dining room, that was a bit of a distraction. But overall the experience was fabulous! Good food good service
The food was delicious, but just a little salty. Ambience was nice. Server was excellent. Overall I think the food was a little overpriced.
My husband and I got one of the steak boards and two desserts. The food was phenomenal, the presentation was beautiful, great service, nice ambiance..all around a lovely experience. Most importantly...the food was the best I have had in Brevard.
Absolutely fantastic meal! The steak was perfect! Loved the cerviche and the creme brulee!
I went and took my fiancé on a nice date thinking this place was good; the wait time just even get my drinks was 30 minutes. The service is not up to par. My service was so bad other server had clear my table and help with desert menu. When I came to my check an wanting to leave we sat there for about 30 minutes because server as she said,” was caught up talking an forgot.” Completely unacceptable an will be reaching out to the manager.
Everything was great, we will definitely be back!
Amazing food, amazing service, amazing atmosphere. Great experience as always.
Experience was terrible. Took almost 1.5 hours to get our food. Was at the restaurant for over 3 hours. Waitress forgot our appetizer. When Food did come order was wrong. We also ordered a bottle of wine. When we got the bill it had a $25 cork fee in addition to the bottle of wine. Waitress claimed that was in addition to price of the bottle we bought which on the menu was $70 but bill had $75. Waitress was insistent both were correct and wouldn't remove. They are clearly understaffed and it shows. Until fixed would not go there. For almost a $500 dinner for 4 people I would not expect any of this.
Food and service was great. The dining room was very open and didn’t feel very comfortable. Next time when weather is nicer will try eating outside.
Absolutely delicious. Sat outside, 6pm-ish. Still a little too hot for most people to sit outside at that time, but we liked the ambiance. I ordered the chicken coq a vin and it was FANTASTIC! Also had Ceasar salad and heirloom burrata. Both super fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was exciting, with people dressed nicely and clearly happy to be there. The wine tasting room in the back also serves some tequila and whiskey for a nice break:-)
Will certainly be back.
Great food; great service - lots of excellent veggie and seafood options, too!
First they couldn’t find my reservation until I showed the email confirmation. Paella was inconsistent for all three customers and didn’t include all the seafood listed in ad. Overpriced. Won’t go back.
Men’s restroom was off putting. It felt dirty and the handicap stall was a mess.
Hubby and mine first time. We went for their Tuesday special. Sat inside and had Paige as our server. Zero complaints great good, excellent service, will be back highly recommend
Wonderful restaurant , everyone very friendly and food was outstanding
Everything was excellent. They’re challenged like everyone for staff. But the service was excellent snd they were committed to doing everything they were able to.
Best food I’ve had probably ever. The steak boards were incredible! Service was great.
Got there early. We sat at the bar awaiting our reservation. We had two bartenders, Manny and Dylan. Manny approached us introducing himself and extended a handshake asking our names. We were both super impressed with the attentiveness of both he and Dylan. We decided to eat at the bar. Service was great food was great. We got the steak board- Wow what a great date night meal! Manny and Dylan made sure we were taken care of. The entire time. We will definitely be back even though it we live about 45 mins away. And definitely telling all our friends!! PS Don’t forget to try the PB whiskey sour -Dylan’s amazing creation.
Good experience. They need to bring back all the items previously mentioned online.
