We have dined at the ember and elm on several occasions and each visit has been fantastic from the door greeting to paying the bill. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. The food is always freshly prepared and of top notch quality. Looking forward to returning.

Excellent cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. Service level was extremely high. The trout was cooked to perfection and the beverages were first class.

Service was slow. While the steak was cooked to perfection, the potatoes were dry. Had to get sushi from the bar to get something in our stomachs while we waited. Will not go out of our way to be back.

We had a rude waitress who was extremely short when questions were asked. We are extremely disappointed with the selection of breakfast items as in previous reviews posted stated that a trout spread and smoked salmon were offered. When we asked about the trout spread and smoked salmon the waitress told us it was never offered, which we know to be untrue. The food that we did select had ZERO seasoning and the scrambled eggs were disgusting! As hotel guests, we are BEYOND disappointed that we had a bad experience at both breakfast and dinner. We will continue to dine out at the restaurants in the area for our week long stay.

Enjoyable meal after day at Dollywood. Food was excellent. The bread service is so good. Entrees were excellent.

Our server, Mrs Lulu, provided excellent menu suggestions. We enjoyed the appetizer sampler, biscuits and pepper jelly, Prime Rib, gnocchi and blackened redfish. The food presentation was fantastic! This is a wonderful experience to relax and unwind after a fun day.
